-   Kat slashed a Cog in the face with the side of her shield, making the Cog fall to pieces.

-   After morphed Tommy had struck Admiral Abominator with his glowing red sword, it was morphed Kat's Power Shield special attack which temporarily defeated the monster.

-   To summon his Zeo Five Power Sword, Tommy held his hand over his visor, and the sword appeared from a red energy line drawing, with the star on the hand guard positioned over the star on his visor.
-   For one of Zeo Ranger Five's special attacks, he and his sword would glow with red energy flames in front of a red energy star line drawing, and he would slice his opponent with a wave of flaming red energy which followed his blade.
?   After Zeo Ranger Five performed his powered-up slice, Boohoo the Clown was shown reacting to the slice, then he was struck by a yellow energy sphere, creating an explosion, and then he was shown unharmed, saying Tommy missed him; then, however, when Orbus made Boohoo grow, he was lying down.

-   Five Cogs sliced by Tommy's sword slice special attack exploded into red clouds of smoke; afterward, the drawing of the star flew into his visor.

-   After Billy and Cestro had retrieved the prototype's parts from Cestro's ship, the Rangers were standing by a table in the Power Chamber with the parts scattered all over it; when Tanya said all they had to do was find the Hydro Contaminator and stop it, Billy frustratedly slammed a part onto the control panel and then said it wouldn't be that easy if they couldn't fix the weapon.
