-   Zordon told Tommy to use his Zeonizer Crystal to activate the Zeo Megazord; all five Rangers inserted their Zeonizer Crystals into their respective Zeozord cockpits, causing the Zeozords to flee the scene, as though having received a sudden energy boost, and they soon initiated the Zeo Megazord transformation.
-   The Zeo Megazord assembly was as follows: first, the pulling chains of Zeozords One and Two release from Three and Four and retract into their front ends; Zeozord Five soon flies over Zeozords One and Two, the side weapons of which have already been retracted, and the Battle Helmets of the two leg Zords slide forward through the air as though following Zeozord Five; Zeozords Four and Three, both flying, then transform into their respective Megazord components; after Zeozord Five's wings fold back, Zeozords Three and Four merge in midair and then descend down onto Zeozords One and Two; finally, Zeozord Five flies in from behind, transforms into head mode, and then locks onto the back of the Megazord.
?   After the Megazord was complete, the five Rangers (left to right: Three, Two, Five, One, and Four) rode in seats (the same seats ridden down from the ceiling of the holding bay) down tracks toward a central, unknown location in the Megazord; they were apparently switching into the Zeo Megazord's cockpit, but, as revealed in 448-RTW2, the cockpit was up, in the head.
-   Once the Rangers had ridden into the cockpit, the Zeo Five Battle Helmet, the default helmet, descended onto the Megazord's head.
-   In the fairly cramped Zeo Megazord cockpit, Tommy, in front, had a control panel in front of him with his Zeonizer Crystal in it; Tanya and Kat, behind him, had either small portions of controls in front of them or had an entire row of controls behind Tommy that they both shared; in any case, both girls' Zeonizer Crystals were in their panels; Rocky and Adam, in back, may have had control panels as well, but no controls for them could be seen.
-   Tommy pushed a red button to summon the Zeo Megazord Saber.

404-Trgt.
-   Giant Silo wrapped chains around the Megazord and dragged it into space, where he hurled it toward the sun.
?   When the Rangers would switch Zeo Battle Helmets on the Zeo Megazord, the Ranger to summon his or her Battle Helmet would somehow switch seats with Tommy to assume the front position; the cockpit was far too small to allow the Rangers to get up and swap seats, so some sort of teleportation must have been involved.

413-MnSc.
-   When the Megazord was being electrocuted by blue electricity from giant Mean Screen's tentacles, Tommy had them send orange elecricity back through the tentacles into Mean Screen.

417-Sno3.
-   Wearing the Zeo Two Battle Helmet, the Zeo Megazord did a flying kick.
-   Wearing the Zeo One Battle Helmet, the Zeo Megazord spun around with pink energy, blowing giant Defoliator back.

418-InSp.
-   During his fight with the Zeo Megazord, giant Main Drain grappled the Megazord with a tentacle, tapping directly into the Megazord's main power supply.
-   Giant Main Drain launched blue energy bolts from all over its body at the Megazord, causing the saber to break and the Megazord to stumble back; Alpha then teleported the Megazord back to the repair bay, and the Rangers were shown riding in their seats back up the tracks inside the Megazord before entering the Power Chamber through the western double doors.
-   Alpha estimated that it would take 3.6 days to repair the Megazord.

420-Lost.
-   Billy was working on the Zeo Megazord in the repair bay, and Tommy had him meet the teens in the Power Chamber to discuss David's kidnapping.
-   Billy told the Rangers the Zeo Megazord should work, but with no guarantees.
-   When the Zeo Megazord was used while Tommy was absent or piloting the Red Battlezord, Adam, sat in Tommy's seat in the Zeo Megazord, leaving Adam's normal seat empty.
-   The Zeo Megazord could combine with the Red Battlezord to form the Zeo Megabattlezord.

-   Cog Changer shot a controlling gear into the Zeo Megazord through the mouth of Zeozord Three.
-   Later, Zordon said he was picking up some unusual readings in the "Zeozord Holding Bay," and the Viewing Screen showed a schematic of the Zeo Megazord with a red circle flashing over the top of Zeozord Two; Billy, looking at the Viewing Screen, said it looked like there was a loose wire in the auxiliary sub-cockpit, and he then went into a control room somewhere inside the Zeo Megazord; he entered through a mechanical sliding door.
-   Cog Changer's gear made the Zeo Megazord come to life, trashing the Zord Holding Bay while Billy was trapped in the sub-cockpit.
-   Alpha said that the Zeo Megazord had been sabotaged and that Billy couldn't transfer into the main cockpit to stop the Megazord.
-   The Zeo Megazord flew straight up and left out a panel in the holding bay ceiling, which slid open for the Megazord.

-   After Billy had been teleported from the Zeo Megazord, Cog Changer was shown in the Megazord's main cockpit; there was no Zeonizer Crystal in the controls.
-   While Cog Changer was later distracted by the guys in the Super Zeo Megazord, Tanya destroyed Cog Changer's evil gear, and Kat knocked him from the cockpit.
-   The Zeo Megazord cockpit was in its head, a part of Zeozord Five.
-   Kat and Tanya piloted the Zeo Megazord (with Kat in front and Tanya in her normal seat) while the guys piloted the Super Zeo Megazord.
-   When the Rangers split up to pilot the Zeo Megazord, Super Zeo Megazord, and Red Battlezord, Adam and Tanya piloted the Zeo Megazord (with Adam in front and Tanya in her normal seat).
-   The Zeo Megazord, Red Battlezord, and Super Zeo Megazord, surrounding giant Impursonator-Cog Changer, threw Warrior Wheel amongst each other around the monster faster and faster until it charged with yellow energy, forming a yellow energy whirlwind around the monster; the Super Zeo Megazord then threw Warrior Wheel for the finishing move, which destroyed the combined monster.

-   Around the time of or in place of 422-TrMe, the Rangers and Billy flew in the Zeo Megazord cockpit as they headed for Gamma-Vile; Billy had at some point modified the Zeo Megazord, giving it interstellar flight capabilities with the aid of a dual-rocket jetpack which clamped onto its hips and shoulders.
-   After a quick journey, the Zeo Megazord descended to Gamma-Vile; to engage the large squadron of Quadrafighters, Tommy had Rocky and Tanya take the Zeo-Fighters (also called Zeo-Jets), twin silver jet fighters which flew up from behind the Megazord's shoulders.  
-   The Zeo-Jets may have been additions accompanying Billy's interstellar upgrade, although Rocky would refer to a certain aerial maneuver, the criss-cross, which he said worked every time, implying past experience.
-   The Zeo-Jets could fire red wingtip lasers which destroyed Quadrafighters; unmorphed Billy would pilot the Zeo Megazord alone to smash more Quadrafighters out of the air.
-   To fight giant Scrap Heap, Billy had the Rangers return to the Megazord and convert from space-cruiser configuration into full-battle mode to avoid being mutilated in combat.

-   After Tommy had pressed a button to summon the Zeo Megazord Saber, the Zeo symbol on the Zeo Megazord's Zeo Five Battle Helmet would flash with yellow light, then the Megazord would brandish its saber.
-   Staroid fell over and exploded after just one normal slash from the Zeo Megazord Saber, but a small silver orb floated up from Staroid's remains and re-formed the large metal sphere with blue energy, which then used blue energy bolts to lift its scattered parts up to itself.
-   When charging up the saber for its full-powered finishing move, the Zeo Megazord would appear in front a gold pyramid shape which had a sectioned-off tip like Pyramidas.
-   The full-powered Zeo Megazord Saber destroyed Staroid's remains.
