-   Zordon claimed that the Turbo Megazord was the most powerful Zord ever created.
-   After the Turbozords had grown and had been equipped with the rugged Turbo Shield armor, the Rangers formed the Turbo Megazord with the following sequence: Kat pressed a button in the center of her steering wheel, causing Wind Chaser to split and unfold its hands and shoulders, then link up with Mountain Blaster; when Justin pressed the button on his steering wheel, Mountain Blaster's front transformed to form the leg connections, and it and Wind Chaser drove forward (from Mountain Blaster's perspective), met head-on with Desert Thunder and Dune Star after their fronts had flipped up for the connection; the feet then flipped up; Tommy then pressed the button on his steering wheel, and after Mountain Blaster's tailgate had lowered and extended a small ramp, Red Lightning drove up into Mountain Blaster's back, and Mountain Blaster's rollbar transformed into the Megazord's chestplate; finally, the completed Megazord stood up with two fire jets shooting from the underside of what looked like the back of Red Lightning; as the Megazord stood, the head covering folded back, and then light blue energy heralded the completion of the transformation.
-   The Turbo Megazord's assembly was verified by the flashback in 501-SIT1.
-   The Turbo Megazord cockpit was in the head, a part of Red Lightning.
-   For the Turbo Megazord to finish off giant Maligore, the Mega Turbo Jets, rocket boosters located in the Megazord's feet, lifted the Megazord just slightly off the ground, and the Megazord then glided forward, delivering a slash to Maligore's midsection with its saber as it passed by.

-   Kat began the docking sequence by pushing the middle of three black buttons on her left; Wind Chaser split, transformed its shoulders and hands, then linked onto the sides of Mountain Blaster with a sudden jolt, making Kat's airbag inflate.
-   The clamps released Kat's Turbo Cart, and she slid back from her cockpit; Justin's then did the same, and the two Rangers then apparently rose up in their seats into the Turbo Megazord cockpit.
-   The Turbo Megazord cockpit had been redesigned somewhat, with a C emblem now on the back door.
?   If the Turbo Megazord cockpit was supposed to be in the Megazord's head, a part of Red Lightning, it's unknown how the Rangers could be in it before Tommy had docked Red Lightning with the others; in fact, Justin and Kat were in the cockpit after only the Mountain Blaster and Wind Chaser had docked.
-   In the Megazord cockpit, the Rangers now wore Ranger-colored shoulder straps.
?   After she and Justin had arrived in the Megazord cockpit, Kat got out of her seat and remarked to Justin how amazing this new Megazord was, but the Rangers had used the Megazord in 500-TPRM.
?   Kat noted that the docking sequence was difficult, and she hoped they would get better at it, yet the Rangers had had no difficulty forming the Megazord in 500-TPRM.
-   Next, Mountain Blaster's front split, and the leg and body Zords slammed together head-on, after which the vans and Wind Chaser drove in reverse and the Mountain Blaster drove forward; Adam and Tanya then appeared to rise up into the Megazord cockpit in their seats.
-   The four docked Zords slammed through a scorpion-like vehicle, seeming to destroy it.
-   After driving off a cliff, Red Lightning landed in the back of Mountain Blaster, and Tommy then joined the others in the Megazord cockpit.
-   Once the five Turbozords were docked together, the Rangers would insert their Turbo Keys into the controls in front of them; the keyhole for each Ranger was surrounded by a disc divided into five Ranger-colored segments, of which the respective Ranger's color, on the top for each Ranger, lit up when the keys were turned.
-   After the keys were inserted and turned, the Rangers' steering wheels would transform into two-handled controls, and a Ranger (probably Tommy) would then slam on the brakes; the wheels of Desert Thunder and Mountain Blaster, would lock, allowing the Turbozords' momentum to lift the Megazord upright.
-   The center of Tommy's steering wheel and the brake pedal shown both bore the C emblem.
-   As the Megazord stood, the head flipped open, and the chest slid up.
-   When the Rangers later summoned the Turbozords again to fight giant Amphibitor, they had no difficulty with the Turbo Megazord assembly.
-   The Turbo Megazord's standard assembly was as follows: Wind Chaser splits, transforms, and docks with Mountain Blaster, then Desert Thunder and Dune Star dock with Mountain Blaster; finally, Red Lightning runs off a cliff and lands in the back of Mountain Blaster, after which the Rangers insert their keys and slam on the brakes, causing the Megazord to stand and complete its transformation.
-   The Turbo Megazord's standard finishing move was the Turbo Megazord Spinout: after one Ranger stepped on his or her gas pedal (pedal not shown until 507-BFSp), the Megazord would race toward its opponent with flames from its feet rocketing it very fast as it held its saber, then the Megazord would suddenly spin around at blinding speed with its saber extended, slicing past (or through) the opponent.

507-BFSp.
-   Making its first reappearance since 504-Shad, the Turbozords' most recent appearance, the Turbo Megazord now used previously unseen techniques and attacks, and the Turbo Megazord's shield made its first reappearance since 500-TPRM.
-   Adam shifted his gearstick into its northeast position (with all cardinal directions but west and east possible) to stomp on giant Demon Racer II's foot.
-   Adam shifted his gearstick into its south position for the Megazord to perform a flying kick with its Desert Thunder leg extended.
-   For the Megazord to summon the Turbo Megazord Saber, Tommy shifted his gearstick into its south position; a gold-hubbed wheel bearing the C emblem spun, and steam flowed up from the Megazord's right hand, solidifying into the saber.

-   At Angels' Bluff, the Turbo Megazord caught the cars of Tony and Rob as they drove off the edge.

-   In the Turbo Megazord after Justin had made an L gesture with his left hand while summoning his Turbozord with the others, Tanya asked Justin if he wanted to deal with this loser (giant Big Burpa), making the L gesture with her hand, and he did the L back to her, saying, "Yeah, this one's personal!"; he then had the Megazord perform the same midair backflipping multiple kick that he'd done against Big Burpa earlier.
-   The Megazord could shoot an orange energy beam from its chest lights; whenever Justin would activate this attack, he would perform his L gesture (sometimes backwards) before pressing the red button on his controls.

-   After Metallasaurus had wrapped its tail around the Megazord, Chromites scaled the Megazord and broke into the cockpit through its front pane of glass.
-   More Chromites then entered the cockpit through the rear door, using their rod weapons to blast the Rangers out.
-   Once the Rangers had been ejected from the Turbo Megazord, Metallasaurus flew away to the Space Base with the Megazord.

?   In the Space Base's holding bay, Metallasaurus's second form was being assembled, but its second form wouldn't be introduced until 528-FOPh.
-   Havoc had had Porto working around the clock to upgrade Metallasaurus's operating systems, and he said he'd borrowed and improved upon several ideas from the Turbo Megazord.
-   Porto had printed out information hidden in the Turbo Megazord's database and gave it to Havoc in a black "Top Secret" binder which contained information on the unintroduced Siren Blaster Rescuezord and Artillatron, but most importantly, the Phantom Ranger and his Power Ruby.

-   The Rescue Megazord cockpit was identical to the Turbo Megazord's cockpit, with the exception of a red rear door bearing the VRV symbol, and the reversal from left to right of the seating positions.

529-ClMz.
-   Porto and the Chromites were back in the Turbo Megazord cockpit, this time modifying it to work under the villains' control while its power was booster by the Phantom's Power Ruby; Porto said it should be completed within the hour.
-   A Piranhatron installed the Power Ruby into a port in the circuits between two smaller batteries inside a panel on the top of a giant battery pack (full of giant batteries) which was then fitted onto the Turbo Megazord's waist; as soon as the batteries were fully-charged, Porto sent the Megazord to Earth.
-   As the Megazord flew to Earth, it had the shoulder panels of its arms open like small wings.
-   The Turbo Megazord had red eyes while evil.
-   Piloting the Turbo Megazord were Crosspatch in Red Ranger's seat and blue, red, green, and gray Chromites in the Blue, Pink, Green, and Yellow Rangers' seats, respectively.
-   Justin noticed that there was something attached to the "power module"; presumably he was referring to the giant battery pack on the Megazord's stomach, or the roof of Mountain Blaster.
?   The Turbozords were shown parked in their compartments beside Artillatron in the holding bay, but they were supposed to be in the form of the evil Turbo Megazord, the reason the Rangers had summoned the Rescuezords.
-   Crosspatch said the Turbo Megazord was using the Power Ruby as a power booster.
-   The Turbo Megazord threw batteries, the size of those in its battery pack, at the Rescue Megazord and soon was still for a while as Crosspatch had to recharge the batteries.
-   The blue Chromite did Justin's L gesture before firing the Turbo Megazord's chest ray.
-   The Turbo Megazord hit the Rescue Megazord with its glowing Dune Star kick.
-   The Turbo Megazord Spinout knocked the Rescue Megazord over into a building, leaving it helpless for quite a while until the Rangers got power back.
-   After leaping from Lightning Cruiser onto the Turbo Megazord, T.J. entered the cockpit through its rear door and got Crosspatch to chase him down through the Megazord's inner workings, through which there was a stairway.
-   T.J. emerged on the level of the battery pack through a hatch in the red section of the Megazord's stomach, just to the right of Red Lightning's windshield.
-   After removing the Power Ruby once he'd kicked Crosspatch off the Megazord, T.J. cut the battery pack off the Megazord with his Auto Blaster, crushing Crosspatch below and causing a large explosion as the pack was destroyed by the fall.
?   Once the ruby and pack were removed, the Turbo Megazord's eyes turned back to yellow, and the Rangers cheered that the Megazord was theirs again, but the four Chromites had never been shown leaving the Megazord.

-   Giant Strikeout threw a cluster of glowing white baseballs which the Turbo Megazord batted back with its Spinout; the same Spinout then destroyed the giant monster.

-   After chaining the Rescue Megazord to a giant cross, giant Count Nocturn hit the Megazord in the chest (Lightning Fire Tamer) with his sledgehammer, causing the Rangers to evacuate to the Turbozords.
-   Giant Count Nocturn hit the Turbo Megazord's chest (Mountain Blaster) with his sledgehammer, not appearing to cause damage as it appeared the Rescue Megazord's chest (Lightning Fire Tamer) had sustained.
-   The Turbo Megazord did its non-glowing Desert Thunder flying kick but was knocked down.
-   Giant Count Nocturn used his sledgehammer to smash the reclined Turbo Megazord's right leg (Desert Thunder) and then its left (Dune Star).

-   The Rescue Turbo Megazord's cockpit was actually the Turbo Megazord's cockpit (in Red Lightning), but with the Green and Red Rangers' seats swapped.

-   The Turbo Megazord did its glowing yellow Dune Star kick on the Sharkzord.
-   The Rangers had switched into the Turbo Megazord because of the power loss the Rescue Megazord was experiencing, but Cassie's Turbo Navigator display showed "Power Unit Empty," a flashing orange Turbo Megazord display, and the power bar dropping from 25% to 18%; the bar turned from yellow to red once it had dropped below 25%.
-   While the Rescue Megazord's Turbo Navigator display had "VRV" in large text in the corner, the Turbo Megazord's Turbo Navigator display showed "RV."
-   Justin had Carlos put the reverse power online.
-   As her Turbo Navigator screen centered on Porto's control car atop the Sharkzord, Cassie announced that the tractor beam was locked, and Justin fired the Megazord's chest ray at the car, ejecting Porto and causing the unpiloted Sharkzord to collapse.

543-P&Pc.
-   After the power inversion had apparently reclaimed stolen energy from the Catzord, charging up the Rescuezords, the Rangers formed the Rescue Megazord, and T.J. soon got into the Turbo Megazord.
-   In the Turbo Megazord, T.J. had Artillatron beam the artillery cannons to both Megazords, with its right turret cannon going to the Rescue Megazord and the left claw cannon going to the Turbo Megazord; both Megazords held the cannons in their right arms.
-   The left artillery cannon, being held by the Turbo Megazord, destroyed the flying Divazord.
?   To destroy Catzord, the Rescue Megazord used both artillery cannons as usual, but the Turbo Megazord performed a stationary Spinout (spinning with yellow energy and then slicing with a glowing blue saber) which sliced the artillery blasts in half so that they simultaneously struck Catzord's top and bottom, avoiding its chest, which looked to contain a person; the Catzord then fell over and exploded after a golden streak of sparkles had flown away from its chest.

544-CIS1.
-   When Goldgoyle fired his mouth bolts at the Turbo Megazord as it was approaching while performing its Spinout, the Megazord flew into the air and spun head-forward, saber pointing straight out; T.J. then called out, "Full power, now!" causing the Megazord to glow with yellow energy and drill straight through Goldgoyle's midsection.
-   Goldgoyle was unharmed by the Turbo Megazord's drill attack.
-   Goldgoyle gathered up all the energy in the area and shot it as a tremendously powerful orange rippling energy blast, knocking the Turbo Megazord over and mangling its whole front side.
-   All systems of the Turbo Megazord were down, and the power cells were gone.
-   The Rangers ejected from the top of the prone Megazord's head; scattered all around the area were Megazord parts.
-   After destroying Goldgoyle, the Rangers teleported away, leaving behind Lightning Cruiser and the crippled Turbo Megazord.

500-TPRM.
-   The Turbo Megazord summoned its sword and shield with a shimmer of multicolored light.
