601-FON1.
- Some time after its departure from Earth, the Megashuttle drifted through space, no longer possessing the boosters which formed the Astro Megazord Blaster; the four
teens, looking through a window, were captivated by the view of a black
hole or wormhole, perhaps one
through which they'd just traveled.
- The teens were still anticipating a journey to Eltar when they were captured by the Megaship.
- After the Astro
Megaship had opened up and sealed the shuttle inside it, the four teens and Alpha soon found themselves in a corridor of the
Megaship, and they began exploring its
rooms, eventually ending up on the deck containing the workbay and bridge.
- Upon entering from the direction of the workbay and seeing T.J., Ashley, and Alpha on
the bridge, morphed Andros was startled; he backed away anxiously as
T.J. apologetically tried to explain that they
hadn't come there by choice, asking if this was his ship, and he then
ran when he saw Cassie and Carlos happening to walk up from the workbay as well.
- Andros slid down a
ladder leading to a lower deck and eventually ambushed the teens on Megadeck 6, attacking them despite their
attempts to explain that they didn't want to fight.
- Just as Alpha rushed
up exclaiming, "Straight-nah!", with his damaged voice chip, a sphinx ship sent by Astronema blasted the Megaship, knocking everyone into the wall.
- After Andros had taken
the Megalift to the bridge, the teens and Alpha, looking for another way to the bridge, stumbled upon the engine room, where the engines were now disabled due to a loose
cable, but they soon fixed it, and Alpha
started the engines back up from a
control kiosk.
- When asked, T.J. told Andros they were the Power Rangers, making him softly repeat, "Power Rangers?" with surprise, and T.J. then added, "From the planet Earth."
- When T.J. explained on the
bridge that they had been the Power Rangers and that they were on their
way to Eltar to save Zordon, Andros faintly
glanced over his shoulder without a word.
- As morphed Andros
prepared to disembark to fight off the Quantrons approaching the downed Megaship, T.J. told
him they were going with him, and the four teens ran outside with Red Ranger to fight the Quantrons without powers.
602-FON2.
- The teens attempted to fight the Quantrons fairly unsuccessfully, but they
helped each other out until Andros had managed
to chase the enemies away.
- As the four teens checked each other out, Andros demorphed into his Megaship uniform and stood still
as the teens studied him, with Ashley circling
him with a scrutinizing gaze.
- After the teens had introduced themselves, Andros seemed initially startled by T.J.'s attempt to shake hands, but he eventually
returned the gesture and told them his name.
- Soon, Carlos was in the
engine room attempting to repair Alpha following DECA's
instructions, while the other three teens spoke with Andros as he made repairs to the outside of the
ship.
- T.J. planned for the teens
to set a new course for the Cimmerian Planet if the shuttle couldn't make it to Eltar, but, having just been there, Andros knew the Cimmerian Planet was already
abandoned by now.
- When Ashley asked about
Zordon, Andros told
the teens that Dark Specter had him and
was draining all his powers; T.J. and Cassie said that if Zordon lost all his powers, they were all history,
but Andros replied that Zordon was strong and that it would take some time
for Dark Specter to take away all the
power, which gave Andros some time.
- Cassie tried to explain
that they were all in this together, but Andros
merely walked away into the Megaship;
once in the engine room, T.J. told him they all had the same goal, to protect
Zordon.
- Andros contemptuously
told the teens they were planetary Rangers,
from Earth, and asked what they knew about space; T.J. supposed they knew
nothing, and Andros agreed, "Exactly."
- After an engine
test, Carlos said they'd have to wait until
they got back to Earth before Alpha's speech board could be fixed, but Andros then took Alpha
aside and fixed him.
- Ashley wondered where
they should go next, with Zordon having been
captured by Dark Specter.
- After repairing Alpha,
Andros went to make sure the shuttle could make it back to Earth, and while he was later working under a set
of controls on the bridge, Andros had DECA program the
shuttle for Earth.
- While Andros worked, Ashley came in from the Megalift, and the other three soon entered from
a side door; Andros told the teens they had fuel and supplies, enough to get
them back to Earth.
- The teens got into the
Megalift for DECA to
take them to the space hatch for
them to leave, and they were soon standing outside for the Megaship's windy takeoff.
- As the teens walked toward the shuttle, planning to get back and
protect the Earth, they suddenly noticed Alpha wasn't with them despite having thought he
was.
- The teens were suddenly attacked by Quantrons and were soon grappled.
- Andros had the Mega Accelerator set to Hyper Rush 3, but
Alpha, having stowed away on the Megaship, soon convinced him to turn the Megaship around, telling him the five of
them had the same mission and were supposed to be a team.
- Upon arriving on the planet, Astronema
remarked, "So, this is what Power Rangers look
like after they lose their powers. Mm, a sorry sight."; she then seemed
surprised when T.J. didn't know who she was.
- Astronema asked where
the Red Ranger had gone, and
when Cassie refused to tell her, Astronema walked away and casually told a Quantron to destroy them, having no use for
them.
- When a massive hole opened up in the sky above,
Astronema cheerfully left, and powerful blue
blasts of energy then shot at the Megaship from above as it swooped down over
the teens and Quantrons from the hole in the
sky; a huge explosion from one of the blasts stunning the Quantrons and letting the teens escape their
grasp.
- Once the Megaship
had landed, Andros ran out and gave the four teens Astro
Morphers, apparently distributing them at random; after telling them
to put them on, Andros called, "All right,
let's rocket!" and just as he performed his preparatory gesture to morph, T.J.'s hand
could be seen simultaneously doing the gesture as well; the other teens weren't shown.
? Each of the teens
somehow apparently knew the code of 3-3-5-Enter used to activate the Astro Morphers.
- After watching Andros
summon his Spiral Saber by name,
the other four brand-new Space Rangers
were able to try it as well, calling out the names of their respective
special weapons.
- The four new Rangers each liked his or her special weapon .
- Later, as Andros gave
his new teammates a tour of the Megaship, they were wearing their own
respectively-colored versions of his Megaship uniform.
- T.J. asked where they
started to look for Zordon, and Andros replied that they started by fixing the Megaship, as she wasn't ready to make a
long-distance voyage.
- Andros didn't have the
equipment needed to fix the Megaship, so
Cassie suggested NASADA on Earth; initially
uncomfortable with the idea, Andros eventually
swallowed his pride and had DECA set the course
for Earth.
603-SOSh.
- On their journey to Earth, Andros, Cassie, and Carlos
watched as morphed Ashley and T.J. fought Craterites
and a manta ray monster in the Simudeck,
which Andros was just introducing to the teens.
- When Alpha announced
their approach of Earth after the Simudeck lesson, T.J., Cassie and Carlos ran off
excited while Ashley stayed a moment to talk
with Andros in the Simudeck.
- Soon, the five Rangers flew from the Megaship to NASADA
in the Megashuttle to obtain the
equipment they needed.
- The next day, the teens, all wearing casual
clothes matching their new colors,
took Andros with them on their first visit to
the Surf Spot, which strongly appeared to be
a remodeled Youth Center, under new
ownership; such a transition implies a passage of weeks during which the
four teens would have been in space; this would
be the first of many long trips in space, yet
how the four Earthen teens explained their
absences to their friends and family is unknown.
- When Bulk, having drunk
some hot sauce secretly put into his milkshake by Andros, rushed over to the teens' table and poured
a jug of water into his mouth, Andros chuckled
to himself behind his hand, and Carlos asked
"Bulkie" if he was okay.
- Skull, wondering whether
Professor Phenomenus would believe them if
they told him about seeing a UFO the previous night, mockingly gave
their dialogue as the teens listened: "Professor! Last night we saw an alien
spaceship! Round, with big pointy antennas, half invisible, just green
lines, really!"
- After Bulk and
Skull had left to find the Professor,
Carlos and T.J. knew their
description matched the Dark Fortress, at
which point Andros stood up, whispering, "Astronema!", and he had them leave to get the
rest of the supplies and return to the ship immediately.
? The teens bought the
last of their needed Megaship parts from
Angel Grove Electronics, which was having a
sale all week on computer components.
- Andros waited outside
with an AmScanner, and when the
teens came out with the purchased parts, he
told them they were being followed; after they'd ducked behind a corner
and put down their items, Quantrons appeared
in front of them and fought them in the town shopping area.
- After the Quantrons
had run away, Andros was sure Astronema was after the shuttle, and he said the villains would destroy it if they found it;
Alpha told the teens they had trouble, and
they ran off to morph behind a
builing.
- Somewhere on NASADA
premises near a giant satellite dish and the shuttle launch bay, Ecliptor confronted the Rangers; the four new Rangers didn't know who he was, but Andros told them, saying he was trouble.
? The other four Rangers were missing for a moment while Andros fought Ecliptor,
making Ecliptor assume they were hiding; they
rushed up to Andros after he'd been thrown
aside.
- As the Rangers
flew out of the Megaship in the shuttle to form the Megazord, Andros
asked T.J. about their status, treating him like
second-in-command.
- Later on the Megaship, the teens checked the Megaship's systems, with Andros on the bridge, Carlos
and Ashley checking "velocity junctions,"
apparently in the workbay, and T.J. and Cassie elsewhere;
everything seemed to check out perfectly.
- Ashley took Andros to the Simudeck
for a game of pool, where she used the control kiosk to bring up a pool
table room.
604-ShSh.
- The next day, as the Megaship appeared to be in Earth orbit, Andros showed
the teens the red Galaxy Glider in the
workbay, explaining how it worked.
- According to Andros, the
Galaxy Gliders, which the Rangers rode while morphed to fly
through space, were for safety since the Astro Megashuttle was too vulnerable to
attack.
- When DECA announced Electrotramp's attack in Angel Grove, Andros
decided to forgo their training session and leapt into his jump tube; although nervous, the others
then did the same.
- At the power
plant, the Rangers were saved from Electrotramp by the Ninja Turtles when they suddenly streaked in as
green energy, and the four Earthen teens were
amazed that the Turtles were real; Andros, meanwhile, was suspicious.
- Donatello asked that since
the Rangers were real, whether it was
true they had a spaceship; when the Turtles asked
for a ride to New York City, T.J. told the worried
Andros to lighten up and jovially accepted
without Andros's agreement, then the four Rangers teleported with the Turtles to the Megaship.
- Soon afterward, as Andros performed diagnostics on the engine, the four unmorphed teens gave the
highly curious Turtles a tour of the Megaship, explaining its systems.
- When the Turtles took over
the ship and allowed Astronema, Quantrons, and Elgar to
teleport into the bridge, the girls
managed to escape down a hallway.
- On Megadeck 6, Carlos and T.J. stumbled upon
Quantrons in the hallway and fought them.
- Soon, all of the teens but Andros were captured, tied up with glowing cable
in the engine room and guarded by Quantrons.
- Hiding behind the reactor, Andros used his telekinesis to cut the teens'
restraining cable with a pair of wire cutters, but they dropped
afterward, making the Quantrons investigate.
- T.J. showed a Quantron the cut wire and kicked him back, then
the five teens rushed off to get to the jump tubes.
- In the shuttle
after flying through a reverse-polarized magnetic field to jam the Megaship's sensors, the Rangers landed the shuttle on a rocky planet and were running away from the shuttle when Astronema and Quantrons attacked.
- Soon, the Turtles arrived
and handed the Rangers back their dropped
weapons, with the Rangers initially a bit fearful.
- Leonardo told them, "The
green machine has gone clean!" and Andros
thanked him and gave a thumbs-up, telling him he believed him this time.
- The Turtles and Rangers teamed up against the Quantrons, in the following pairs: Michelangelo and Cassie, Donatello and T.J., Raphael and Ashley, Venus and Carlos, and Leonardo and Andros.
- After Astronema had
retreated, Mike kissed morphed Cassie's hand and complimented her beauty; when
the two teams headed back to the shuttle, Venus
took T.J.'s arm, Cassie
put her arm around Mike, Andros walked with Leo, Don walked with Carlos, and
Ashley must have walked with Raph.
- On the bridge
once the Megaship had returned to Earth orbit, Ashley told
the Turtles to stop by if they were ever in space, and Mike returned the
offer, telling the teens to pop their head into their sewer if they were
ever in New York; the girls tried to be polite but were admittedly
disgusted.
- Mike said there was
something he wanted to just once before he left, and the Turtles then flew from the Megaship as green streaks; they were riding
the Rangers' Galaxy Gliders, with Mike on Red.
605-NvSS.
- The Megaship flew
through space when the teens called it a night
and went to bed; at the time, Carlos was
finishing up work on the underside of the red Galaxy Glider, and Andros was alone on the bridge searching galaxies for life.
- Once everyone else was in bed, Andros detected a lifeform on KO-35 and set a course there.
- In the morning, with the Megaship still orbiting KO-35 after Andros's
departure to the surface to search for Karone,
the three teens were making breakfast when Carlos got up and joined them.
- When Carlos asked where
Andros was, the teens didn't know, but T.J. had thought he would've been with Carlos; what exactly T.J. was
implying is uncertain.
- Learning that Andros had
gone down to KO-35, Carlos explained to the others that Andros was looking for his long-lost sister, who,
if she escaped, wouldn't know that KO-35 had been
attacked and abandoned years ago.
- Worried, Carlos headed
down to the planet, telling the others to stay
behind to give Andros some space.
- Soon, Andros brought
back a seriously injured Carlos, then went back
to KO-35 to keep fighting Ecliptor; the other three went down to help and
were soon joined by a weak Carlos.
- Later, the teens were apparently still in space when Carlos was
eventually feeling better.
- Andros was surprised to
learn that Carlos knew about his missing
sister, and he agreed to let the others help him find her, as they were
a team; Andros felt they made a pretty good
team.
606-SatS.
- The teens were on the bridge when they received an encrypted
transmission from NASADA asking them to save
eight years of scientific research by recovering data from a satellite
that had been shot down over the planet Kalderon; the teens went after the
satellite upon realizing that the information from the satellite might
lead them to Zordon.
- The teens' normal positions on the bridge (from the perspective of the rear
of the bridge) were Cassie sitting in front left, Andros sitting in front center, Ashley sitting in front right, T.J. standing in rear left, and Carlos standing in rear right.
- Once near Kalderon, the teens went down to the
surface with canteens to drink from on the fairly hot planet.
- Soon, the teens were attacked by Elgar and Quantrons,
but the villains retreated upon hearing a
large roar in the distance.
- Elsewhere, Ashley found
a piece of the satellite near the skeleton of what looked like a
dinosaur, then the teens soon found the rest of the satellite.
- Confronted by Astronema and crew, the teens morphed but were defeated and chained
together on the ground for giant Clawhammer to eat them.
- While Alpha fought Clawhammer in the Megazord, initially startling the Rangers as they tried to figure out who was
piloting it, Andros freed the Rangers, and they soon got in the Megazord and took control.
- After punching Clawhammer away from the pit and
climbing up, the Megazord kicked Clawhammer in the groin four
times in a row, headbutted it twice, then swung it around by its
antennae until they snapped off; the Megazord then threw the monster into the
lava pit, where it exploded.
- The Megaship was
later flying through space as the morphed Rangers transmitted the data from the three
undamaged discs to NASADA.
- Upon demorphing after the
transmission, the teens wondered what could have been on the final,
damaged disc; T.J. then suggested a quick vacation
on the Simudeck, snowboarding in Switzerland,
and they all went.
607-ARAT.
- Another day, the Megaship was in Earth orbit as the Rangers practiced on the Simudeck just before the four Earthen teens' math
midterms at Angel Grove High, which they'd been
studying for.
- The five teens were together at Angel Grove High, and the four teens then went into their classroom, leaving Andros to explore Angel
Grove and make some friends.
- Later that day, the four Rangers ran up to help morphed Andros against Ecliptor
as the villain was stomping his head into a mud puddle.
- Cassie thought to use DECA's new weapon, and Carlos summoned the Quadroblaster.
- Another day at the Surf
Spot, the teens were reviewing the exams they'd gotten back.
608-WPCS.
- The teens were at school
again, probably taking classes until the summer; the reader will note
that it was July in 635-SiGo.
- After the four teens' classes in Angel Grove, Andros
showed Carlos and T.J. on
the Megaship some images of the new Megatank, parked on a sidewalk
somewhere with trees in the background.
- When Carlos, after Andros's explanation behind the Megatank, added that it looked cool
too, Andros shook his head in disdain, making
T.J. chuckle.
- Later, while Cassie was
on her date with Lenny, Andros and Carlos were
playing chess in a side room of the Surf Spot
while Ashley and T.J.
watched; they were then called away to stop Elephantitan.
- To save Cassie, both Andros and Ashley drove
the Megatank up through the
building, while T.J. and Carlos fought Elephantitan below.
- Another day in the Surf
Spot, Carlos and Andros played pool while the other three watched.
609-CrIn.
- After some kids' soccer practice, Carlos and Cassie loaded
up some equipment into a black Jeep Grand Cherokee which they then rode
away in, with Carlos driving.
- After nightfall, the Megaship was flying through a thunderstorm
while Ashley and T.J.
excitedly practiced on the Simudeck; Andros was on the bridge when Cassie and Carlos teleported to the ship and entered from the
Megalift.
- Cassie seemed a bit
surprised to find that Andros was still
collecting storm data.
? The morning after
thousands of Craterites had dropped into
the city from the Megaship, the Rangers flew their Galaxy Gliders to the center of the city to fan out from there, but they were then
shown unmorphed, walking together as they looked for Craterites.
- T.J. had them split up, and
Cassie and Carlos went
one way while the other three went another, with the teens soon using AmScanners.
- When Cassie and Carlos asked an upset Patrick what was wrong, Patrick said no one would believe
him, and Cassie explained it was because of the
stories he always told, then the two teens walked him home.
- Meanwhile, Ashley, T.J., and Andros wandered up
to an industrial park, with Andros using an AmScanner.
- Ashley, hanging behind
the others, exchanged glances with a worker who growled at her, and she
suddenly realized the van nearby was shaking; she opened the van to
discover an identical worker tied up, at which point the workers
shimmered into Craterites.
- After their second Craterite fight at the beach, Carlos realized the disguised Craterites must have been what had spooked Patrick, and he, Cassie, and Andros ran
off to check on Patrick.
- After Carlos had gone
another way outside Patrick's
apartment, Andros and Cassie were chased into the woods and hopelessly outnumbered by Craterites; meanwhile, the other three Rangers were racing down a road in the Megatank to help, and they would
soon arrive to help, with the Megatank not shown.
- Upon arriving, Carlos
handed Andros a reprogrammed Spiral Saber.
- Later in the Surf
Spot, T.J. was telling the teens and Patrick about a suspenseful football
game he'd played in.
610-Wasp.
- Cassie was on the bridge checking the fuel systems when
she went down to the forest to check
on a disturbance; the location of the others was unknown.
- As Cassie confronted Waspicable, the other Rangers eventually arrived to blast the
monster, but she stopped them, explaining that the monster hadn't
destroyed her despite having had the chance.
- Later, Cassie was
helping at young Sherry's birthday
party in the park when Waspicable, Ecliptor, Quantrons,
and soon Astronema and Sting King attacked; the other Rangers would soon arrive to help.
? In space, it would be Carlos
who instructed Cassie and the others in using
their weapons ; then on Earth, it would be his weapon attack which defeated Sting King, after which he, not Andros, would then stand in the center of the Rangers.
- Later, after Waspicable had flown off upon
talking with Cassie, Andros wondered whether the monster would stay
good or turn evil, and the teens watched from a hill above as Waspicable, as a speck of light,
returned Sherry's balloons to her,
delighting her.
611-DDsc.
- When the Megaship, in Earth
orbit, received an emergency recording from the Phantom Ranger, Andros was on the bridge, then when the others came in
asking about the emergency message, Ashley was
already there to tell them it was a message from the Phantom Ranger, and she then played the
message.
- The video recording showed Phantom crouching over the camera in a
jungle, watching out for those around him; he told the Rangers that Dark
Specter was holding Zordon on the planet Hercuron, giving its coordinates, and
told them to come quickly, as there was very little time; he was then
surrounded by Piranhatrons and ended the
recording after telling them again to hurry, and Andros had them set a course.
- When the Megaship
approached Hercuron, the Rangers went down and helped Phantom against Ecliptor, but the other villains had already left with Zordon; Andros had Alpha search for a vapor trail, but there was no
trace.
- Alpha told the Rangers of a monster attack on Earth, and Carlos and Andros said they had to go back, but Ashley reminded them they were so close to Zordon; Andros told the
teens they had to defend their planet.
- When Phantom told
the Rangers he would go after Zordon, Andros gave an
undecided "hmm," at which point Phantom
pulled out a disc container and told him that it controlled the Delta Megaship, a mighty weapon which they
would need, and that he had to retrieve it immediately, as it was
completely unprotected; Andros asked, "But Phantom Ranger, what about--?" but Phantom insisted, "Please, take it."
- Andros agreed and told
the others to get back to Earth while he went
after the Delta Megaship.
- When Andros finally
returned with the Delta Megazord, none of
the Rangers were familiar with it.
- Taking his normal seat in the Astro Megazord, Andros introduced the Rangers to the Delta
Megazord and Battlizer, then telling
them to watch as he activated the Delta
Megazord's Gyro Blasters.
- Soon, the Rangers
returned to Hercuron to search for Phantom but found only another hologram
device which Andros identified as a
communications device; Andros turned it on, and
a small hologram of Phantom appeared,
clutching his side but speaking with energy in his voice.
- Phantom's
recording spoke, "I knew you'd return, Rangers! But I've left to follow Dark Specter. You must keep searching for Zordon, no matter how difficult the search may be.
Until we meet again, Rangers."
- As the teens were walking away after demorphing, the others consoled a
saddened Cassie, but she then went back,
hearing the hologram device still active, and listened to a private
message for her.
612-GrEv.
- On a rocky planet with
green water ponds and a significant gravitational field, morphed Ashley and Andros trudged
along on a small island looking with an AmScanner, feeling like they'd
gained a hundred pounds.
- When T.J. called to check on
their search for Dark Specter, Andros reported that the planet was completely deserted.
- In space on their Galaxy Gliders, Andros and Ashley were
quite pleased to be free of that gravity, and they then performed some
flip and loop tricks.
- In the workbay with Carlos and Andros as the
Megaship, docked with the docking station in Earth orbit, Ashley used a
scanner on the red Galaxy Glider, then
the three teens discussed the ray's having turned the yellow Galaxy Glider evil.
- On the bridge
with Cassie, T.J. told DECA to scan the next galaxy for Zordon, but the alarm sounded, and the five teens
went down to battle Destructipede after T.J. had told DECA the scan
would have to wait.
? When Destructipede was enlarged
downtown while the Rangers were fighting
five monsters summoned by Destructipede, Andros had the Rangers continue fighting the five
normal-sized monsters despite the
destruction of numerous buildings by giant Destructipede at the time.
- Only after the five defeated monsters had arisen to their feet again did
Andros call for the Delta Megazord to fight giant Destructipede.
613-Grma.
- Another day, the teens were relaxing in Angel Grove; when Carlos found Ashley and
her grandmother in the Surf Spot, Ashley
pretended he was her boyfriend in an attempt to stop her grandmother's matchmaking.
- Later in the park with the others after a Ranger battle, Carlos said they couldn't keep pretending to be a
couple; T.J. joked that they could, but eventually
they'd probably have to get married.
- On Ashley's and Carlos's date later, the other three teens and Mrs. Hammond watched from the
bushes with mini-binoculars as Ashley and Carlos rode a merry-go-round.
- Later in the Surf
Spot, Adelle unamusedly served Ashley and Carlos a
milkshake with two straws and gave Ashley a
note from Mrs. Hammond
telling her to share the drink with him; watching nearby, Mrs. Hammond was delighted, and
the three other teens sat with her and laughed.
- Outside the Surf Spot
another day, the teens brought Mrs. Hammond's bags out to a
taxi.
- Ashley apologized about
the husband thing not working out, but Mrs. Hammond said with friends
like hers, she didn't need one... yet.
- Mrs.
Hammond said goodbye to all of the teens and Adelle, then asked the taxi driver if he was
married; the teens and Adelle said goodbye and
waved happily as she drove off.
614-BaSt.
- T.J. (with an AmScanner), Carlos, and Cassie
searched a jungle planet for Zordon after having gotten a distress signal which
had secretly been sent by a device Ecliptor
used in planning an ambush.
- Cassie spotted what she
thought was a Piranhatron footprint in
the mud.
- Suddenly, the three teens were attacked by Quantrons, with Ecliptor nearby; when Carlos was stung on the wrist by a Barillian Bug, the three teens
teleported back to the Megaship.
- The four teens were in the infirmary as Carlos, shivering and his skin covered with
prominent veins, lay on the table and described his bug attack.
- Carlos said he hadn't
gotten a good look but that it had been some sort of bug; Andros curiously asked if it felt cold, and Carlos said it did, but Andros said he still wasn't sure whether he
recognized the bite.
- Andros subtlely gestured
for T.J. to come into the hall with him, and the
two left and spoke seriously in the hall, then left.
- Andros and T.J. ran through the jungle planet looking for the bug to identify it, but
they were confronted by Darkonda, holding a
sack over his shoulder and the dead Barillian Bug in his hand,
saying perhaps he had what they sought.
- T.J. and Andros looked at each other, apparently both
equally unfamiliar with Darkonda.
- When asked by T.J., Darkonda said, "Darkonda's my name, and evil's my game."; he
then zipped away, and they morphed
and flew after him on their Galaxy
Gliders.
- Soon up in a tree, Darkonda cut open another pod, and a Barillian Bug pursued morphed
T.J. until Andros shot it
down.
- After examining the dead bug, Andros concluded that it was definitely a Barillian Bug.
- Andros explained to T.J. that huge swarms of Barillian Bugs had once
attacked KO-35; they had been everywhere,
stinging without warning; in hours, people stung would turn into Barillian Bug monsters.
- Their only hope, Andros
said, was an antidote developed by scientists on KO-35.
- On the bridge,
Ashley and Cassie,
listening to Andros's report from the alien planet, were frightened as Andros told them why they had to go to KO-35 immediately but that the girls first had to
restrain Carlos, before he turned into a
monster.
- Hearing a struggle as they approached the infirmary after soon returning to the
Megaship, T.J. and
Andros ran in and found Ashley and Cassie having
been knocked down, with Alpha sitting
motionless on a bench beside the med table.
? Ashley seemed surprised as she told the guys that
Carlos had become some sort of insect; perhaps
Andros hadn't been specific on what would
happen to Carlos.
- As the teens planned to search the ship for Bug-Carlos, the Megaship streaked away for KO-35.
- In the workbay, the
four teens prepared their Astro
Blasters, with Andros having them put on
their lowest settings, in hopes of not hurting Carlos.
- Ashley went to monitor
the bridge, T.J.
said he and Cassie would check the engine room, and Andros reminded them that he wasn't Carlos anymore.
- Soon, the teens confronted Bug-Carlos in the engine
room, where he attacked them, somehow stinging Cassie on the neck during the struggle before
escaping.
- In the infirmary, the three teens sadly
strapped Cassie onto the med table, and she
looked back up at them with worry; her arms had been left unrestrained.
- As they neared KO-35 and
T.J. and Andros prepared
to go down to KO-35, Andros told Ashley to
protect the bridge no matter what,
even if it meant she had to shoot.
- As the guys left, Ashley
told them to hurry with the antidote, and she then thought she heard
something in the vent above the restrained Cassie but left anyway.
- In the workbay, T.J. and Andros were
confronted by Bug-Carlos, but they dodged his attacks and escaped
into their jump tubes.
- In the hospital on KO-35,
Andros found the antidote in a locked cabinet,
and when they were attacked by Darkonda, Andros stayed to hold him off as he had T.J. flee and return to the ship with the antidote.
- When Bug-Carlos and Bug-Cassie forced their way into the bridge and approached Ashley, she pleaded for them to stop, not wanting
to shoot them, but T.J., arriving just in time,
sprayed them each with mist from the antidote gun.
- After collapsing, the monsters morphed back into
fully-clothed Cassie and Carlos.
- Helping Cassie up, Alpha said all of their vital signs seemed to be
stable.
- Cassie and Carlos didn't remember much, if anything, but T.J. had them all rush off to help Andros, saying he'd fill them in on the way.
- Later, after the battle, Andros stood ruminating on a rooftop in the KO-35 city before Ashley
had him come back to the ship.
615-TJId.
- On the Simudeck, the
teens played basketball in their workout uniforms on a simulated court in a
simulated park; the ball, however, was real.
- T.J. and Andros were on a team, and the other three were on
another team.
- When the next point would win the game, T.J. reminded Andros about a
special play they'd been practicing earlier; using his hands as a
springboard, Andros sent T.J. flipping over the three other teens for a slam
dunk.
- DECA announced that they'd
reached Brokaya.
- The teens walked out of the Simudeck in their workout uniforms, then soon teleported down to the planet in their Megaship uniforms.
- On the planet, Ashley, T.J., and Andros quickly and quietly used a computer
interface to set up a satellite dish, an interstellar scanner which would
allow them to search for Zordon much more
quickly; Andros told them that if anyone saw
them, the whole mission was worthless.
- Meanwhile, Carlos and Cassie were keeping watch, with Carlos using an AmScanner.
- Andros then shut the
keyboard, and the teens rushed off to return to the Megaship, not realizing Darkonda had been watching them.
- Carlos asked Andros if this interstellar scanner was much
faster, and Andros said it could search a whole
galaxy (snaps fingers) like that, and that they'd find Zordon long before Dark
Specter could steal his powers.
- Soon, just as the viewscreen showed an image of
Dark Specter's spaceship, presumably still piloted by
Divatox's forces, Darkonda
and Ecliptor destroyed the interstellar scanner on Brokaya
before they could get a reading on its location, and the teens went down
to investigate.
- Andros retained a cocky
attitude when the Rangers were confronted
by Darkliptor.
- After Ashley and Cassie, failing to dodge Darkliptor's energy bolt, had been frozen in
cages of ice, Andros was furious; T.J. tried to hold him back to think through their
situation, but Andros, shoving him aside,
yelled that he was done thinking.
- As Darkliptor swung to
finish off Andros after he'd been knocked down,
T.J. leapt in the way, taking the blow to his
chest, then received a staggering blow to the head which cracked his
helmet.
- As Darkliptor
approached Andros while he cradled the limp T.J., Carlos tackled Darkliptor aside but was frozen as well while
planning for the three of them to retreat.
- Struggling just before freezing, Carlos told Andros to
take T.J. back to the ship, and Andros flew T.J. away on his
Galaxy Glider.
- As the amnesic T.J. later
found his way onto the bridge, the Megaship was in orbit around Brokaya.
- When T.J. and Andros soon teamed up against and defeated Darkliptor, the frozen Rangers were unfrozen.
- Later in the workbay,
Andros, Cassie, and T.J. examined the charred satellite dish of the interstellar scanner, and Andros concluded they wouldn't be able to fix it.
- Ashley and Carlos came in with the basketball to finish their
game; T.J. pretended he didn't remember a game or
even what basketball was, making Ashley happily
whisper to Carlos, "These guys don't even stand
a chance!"
- Once the two had walked out smiling, T.J. spun the ball on his finger, having tricked them.
616-FDrk.
- On the bridge
one morning, the four teens were preparing various scanners when Andros came in, not having slept well.
- The Delta Megaship docking station and Megaship were apparently in Earth orbit, in which case Andros had probably spent the night on the Megaship but the four teens had probably
slept at their homes and teleported to
the ship that morning just before Andros had
gotten up.
- The teens were just leaving, without Andros, to check out a planet in the Dagobah system for a few hours.
- When Andros returned
from Onyx with keycards and knowledge about his
sister, the others were already back, and they were wondering where he'd
been.
- Andros told the others
about his encounter with Darkonda and said
the keycards might've been
stolen from Zordon.
- From a plaza in Angel
Grove, Darkonda told Red Ranger to bring him the keycards if he wanted to know where
his sister was.
- After Alpha had
verified that the keycards were
genuine and had come from Eltar, Andros took the cards and went to the Megalift,
but the others went with him.
- To go down to Earth, the
teens took the Megalift from the bridge, rather than using the jump tubes in the next room, and their
teleportation streaks flew from the left
side of the docking station
rather than the Megaship, which was
docked on top; when the morphed Rangers
appeared downtown, the keycards
weren't with them.
- As Darkonda approached
Andros after pounding the Rangers with a superstrength potion, Darkonda suddenly spasmed and oozed with slime,
realizing someone must have tampered with the potion.
- When Ashley wondered who
would've poisoned the strength potion, T.J.
guessed, "Probably only half the universe."
617-RMVy.
- Once Alpha had learned
of a weapon on Ganymede while the Astro Delta Megazord was being trashed
by giant Darkonda and his spawn monster, the Rangers used their last remaining bit of
power to fly into space in the Delta Megaship after Alpha had sent the keycards to Ashley.
- As the Rangers
found themselves in a hangar inside the secret moonbase on Ganymede
after the Delta Megaship had landed inside
the base, Astronema and Ecliptor appeared with Quantrons to block their path to a set of doors
ahead.
- During the fight with Quantrons and Ecliptor, Ashley nearly
lost the keycards, but Cassie recovered them.
- Andros opened the doors,
and the Rangers began running through;
when Cassie was the last one heading for the
doors, Astronema threw her boomerang,
knocking Cassie down and the cards from her
hand, but Cassie grabbed them again and leapt
through the closing doors just in time to seal the villains out.
- Upon obtaining new keycards and beholding the five Mega Vehicles, the Rangers were awed, not having seen anything
like them before.
- Ashley figured that Zordon had hidden the Mega Vehicles there, knowing that one day
there would be an emergency and they would need them; Andros noted, "Well, we need them right now!"
- As the Rangers
launched in the Mega Vehicles, Cassie, Ashley, and Carlos were all quite excited; T.J. was a bit anxious lifting off in Mega V-3, and Andros was still trying to get the hang of the
controls.
- Later, some time after the Mega Voyager had destroyed Darkonda and helped the mangled and powerless Astro Megazord up, the Astro Megaship and Delta Megaship were back in the docking station in orbit.
- On the Megaship,
T.J., Cassie, and Alpha analyzed the damage in the engine room; on the bridge, Andros
and Carlos were examining damaged circuits
under the bridge controls.
- When DECA said something
in her low, garbled voice after Andros had
learned of the engine circuits and
scanning circuits being gone, he said first they had to fix DECA.
? Ashley was working on tubes hanging from the
ceiling before she checked the controls and said everything on Earth was still quiet, but how she would've known
this with the scanning circuits ruined is unknown.
618-TBTR.
- One Friday night, the teens were manning their
stations on the repaired bridge, with
the Megaship apparently in orbit, as Alpha showed them a visual of Storm Blaster being shot at by Velocifighters in space.
- The four teens were surprised and excited that Storm Blaster had escaped, but Andros had never heard of a Storm Blaster before.
- In the warehouse where the Rangers had been chained up after defending
Storm Blaster against Astronema's forces, Lionizer told the Rangers to lower the Megaship's shields, but Ashley called out to tell DECA to keep the shields activated.
- After crashing into the warehouse driving Storm Blaster, Justin, as the Blue Turbo Ranger, asked if the
Rangers were all right; Ashley exclaimed, "Justin, it's you!"
- Fighting Quantrons,
Justin freed the Rangers, and the six fought the Quantrons together.
- Justin hadn't known that
T.J. had become the Blue Space Ranger, apparently
having been kept quite uninformed of the Rangers' adventures.
- As the Rangers
regrouped against Lionizer, Andros told Justin that
they needed more firepower; as Justin agreed,
Storm Blaster came forward to blast Lionizer, and the Blue Rangers would add their lasers to overpower the
monster's energy beam.
? When confronted by
giant Lionizer downtown one
night, T.J. told Justin to
wait until he saw this, and Andros said he'd
like it; the five Rangers then summoned
just Mega V-1, which Andros piloted until calling for the Mega Voyager.
- As the Rangers
joined Justin after destroying Lionizer, Carlos told him it was great to see him.
- Explaining how he'd known they'd needed him, Justin joked that Storm
Blaster had come to his house and practically kidnapped him.
- T.J. thanked Storm Blaster for its help but asked about
Lightning Cruiser, and Storm Blaster flashed its lights.
- Justin told everyone to
hop in, as Storm Blaster could take them,
but Carlos thanked him and said they had their
own rides.
- Justin was awed as the
Rangers flew through space alongside Storm
Blaster on their Galaxy Gliders.
- Andros told Justin, calling him by name and speaking in a
friendly manner, that if he liked, maybe someday they could teach him to
ride a Galaxy Glider; Justin said they were pretty cool but that for now
he would stick with his good friend Storm
Blaster.
- After defeating the Piranhatrons on the desert planet and freeing Lightning Cruiser, the six teens were
unmorphed as they spoke together.
- Ashley hugged Justin, and he remarked it was just like old
times, saying he thought about the teens a lot, wondering if they were
okay; T.J. assured him they were fine.
- Ashley dragged the
silent Andros forward and introduced him as
being from "the space colony"; Justin,
impressed, said it was nice to meet him, and Andros thanked him for his help.
- Justin began to say,
"Once a Ranger," and Cassie completed, "always, always a Ranger."
- Justin realized he had
to get home, and Storm Blaster offered
him a ride; once inside, Justin told the teens,
"If you ever need me again, I'm always here," then drove off and
streaked away once the teens had waved goodbye.
619-IOBS.
- The teens celebrated Ashley's seventeenth birthday at a table in the park.
- After blowing out the candles on her cake, Ashley wouldn't tell Carlos what she'd wished for; Cassie could guess, and the girls looked at Andros sitting by himself, staring into space, and
Ashley chuckled.
- Putting on a hat, Ashley
thanked everyone for the great gifts, then found Carlos's present of a fire extinguisher, making Cassie frown and T.J. smack
his arm; Carlos defensively replied that
everyone needed one.
- Ashley took the coveted
corner cake piece from Carlos over to Andros.
- Dark Specter told
Astronema the Rangers' scan for Zordon was getting them much too close and they
must not discover his location before he'd drained his powers.
- Disguised as Ashley,
with the real Ashley having been kidnapped, Astronema had the teens get back to the Megaship, and they were soon in uniform doing various tasks across
the ship.
- On Megadeck 1, Astronema accidentally stumbled upon the workbay and was spotted by Cassie before she could leave.
- Cassie asked for a hand;
with various devices at the table, Cassie was
using a gun-shaped scanner or tool on an Astro Blaster, with three other Astro Blasters in a stand nearby.
- Cassie asked for an AmScanner, but Astronema didn't know which one it was.
- Behind Cassie, Astronema was then holding her staff, aiming it at Cassie.
- In the workout room, Carlos was benchpressing a rod when Astronema came in and asked to help, so he had
her add some weight.
- Astronema turned up
the weight way too much, pinning the rod painfully to his chest, then
pulled out her staff and aimed
it at him.
- On the bridge
at Ashley's station, Andros told T.J., who was at
the "Operations & Safety" console, that he was still worried about that
surveillance problem (secretly caused by Astronema's melting of a DECA camera elsewhere on that deck), and he tried
calling Cassie and Carlos but got no reply, so T.J. went to check it out.
- After finding the melted DECA camera, T.J. found "Ashley" in a storage room on Megadeck 4 and asked about the others.
- As Astronema tried to
hurry him out, T.J. heard Carlos groaning behind a bin, and when he went to
help, Carlos awoke and was alarmed to see "Ashley" aiming her staff at them behind T.J.
- Astronema then
entered the bridge; casually scanning
the wall consoles, she pretended not to know the others' whereabouts,
saying they were hanging around somewhere.
- Meanwhile, the three captured teens were all
conscious, hanging upside-down and bound in another storage room.
- Astronema crept up
with her staff behind Andros as he worked at Ashley's station but quickly hid it when he stood
to check out the situation.
- On the monitor within the double hemisphere area
of the "Computer Systems" console on the bridge was a banded orange and brown planet, with the text "Scanning" and "P-497201."
- Soon, Alpha wandered
into a storage room on Megadeck 6 looking
for the teens; hearing voices, Alpha opened a
dark sub-closet and found the three missing teens hanging upside-down
from the ceiling.
- Joining Andros at a power plant where two Astronemas were struggling, they were just as
confused as Andros.
- Andros got an idea and
called out to Ashley, "Let's rocket!"; one Astronema did her pre-morph hand gesture, but the other
fumbled with her arms, trying to copy the hand gestures.
- After their victory against Body Switcher, the Rangers were in the workbay, where they took off their helmets, and
the four Rangers went to their lockers
while Andros slipped out to secretly check on
Zhane in the hidden healing chamber off the engine room.
620-SvSv.
- On a desert planet called Kadix, the teens were
collecting samples of certain pods for an unknown reason.
- Andros told the teens,
"Okay, guys, let's just find one more and that should do it for now."
- With each of the teens wearing a translucent
black sack, full of what looked like wood shavings, and carrying a
spade, the teens dug up a good sample, a pod buried in the ground with
small vine-like tendrils which had been sticking above the ground.
- Ashley put the pod into
Andros's sack, and he told them to get back to
the ship and put it with the others.
- As the teens walked away, four desert trees
turned into brown-cloaked humanoid
beings, and dozens of the beings
suddenly surrounded the teens silently.
- Andros, unfamiliar with
the beings but agreeing with the others
that they didn't look friendly, had them flee, and all of the teens but
Andros discarded their sacks to run back to the
Megaship.
? Once they'd gotten
somewhat close to the ship, the teens stopped, and Andros had them morph; afterwards, as they fought the
beings, Andros
slung his sack around like a weapon, apparently not concerned about
damaging its contents.
- Carlos said there were
too many of them, and Andros agreed, deciding
they should get out of there.
- Just outside the Megaship, Andros
gave Cassie his sack, telling her to get "them"
inside; T.J., then Andros,
began shooting the aliens to hold them
back, then Andros finally sealed the hatch.
- As the ship flew away with the unmorphed teens
soon at their stations on the bridge,
Andros learned of an engine malfunction and had the others go
to the engine room while he remained
on the bridge.
- After the four teens had restored the engines, Cassie
watched as the secret doorway panel in the corner of the engine room sparked, and the hidden door
to the healing chamber
opened.
- As Cassie checked it out
and Carlos followed, T.J.
told Ashley they'd have to do a complete maintanance check on the
electrical connections, remarking "those things" had sure caused a lot
of damage.
- Carlos called Ashley and T.J. over after
seeing the cryogenic tube inside; Cassie wiped
off a bit of the frost on the tube and saw the Silver Ranger lying within.
- Entering, Andros
explained it was his old friend Zhane, who had
been critically injured saving him during Dark
Specter's attack on KO-35 two years ago.
- DECA interrupted, having
completed the damage reports, before Andros
could answer why he hadn't told them about Zhane.
- On the bridge,
Andros remembered the sample, and cheerfully Cassie went to get it from the cargo bay.
- In the cargo area, Cassie found the broken pod and was attacked by
the fully-grown Lunatick
monster.
- Returning to the bridge after sucking Lunatick out through the cargo bay doors, Cassie told the others that the pod from the
sample they'd brought back had turned into a monster.
- As Lunatick attacked panels while
clinging to the ship's hull, engine
power was failing, and the Megaship
began to fall back toward Kadix.
- With the bridge lights flickering, the Megaship crash-landed on Kadix; as the ship
slid to a stop, the bridge was dark,
and the teens appeared unconscious, but the lights came back on, and the
teens were okay.
- DECA announced that
hostile aliens were approaching, and T.J. said they were going to have to make external
repairs to the hull.
- Morphed, the Rangers emerged from the sliding door of the
Megaship with their weapons and spotted Lunatick; he shouted something in
an alien language, and dozens of the cloaked beings rushed forward to attack.
- The Rangers fought
the beings while at least holding their weapons, if not using them.
- During the fight, several beings boarded the Megaship before Andros had DECA seal all
doors.
- Without warning, Kadix
beings flew from the Megaship's space hatch, and morphed Zhane emerged.
- Astounded by Zhane's
recovery, Andros had the six Rangers retreat into the Megaship when Lunatick grew to giant size.
- Later, as the five teens approached the bridge after the battle, Zhane was telling Alpha
a story about a giant monster grabbing him
and lifting him up.
- Slipping his Digimorpher out of his belt and clicking it
open, the helmetless Zhane described grabbing
the Digimorpher and calling his Silver Cycle.
- Amused, Andros
corrected, "As I recall, I was the one he grabbed and lifted up."
- Smiling, Zhane told Alpha he'd have to finish the story later, and
Alpha said he couldn't wait.
- Andros introduced his
friends, and T.J., Cassie,
and Carlos told Zhane
their names.
- Startling forward as though enchanted by Zhane, Ashley stepped
forward and extended her hand, introducing herself.
? Enchanted in return,
Zhane remarked that he'd never met a female Power Ranger before, but why he completely
ignored Cassie is unknown; he then told Ashley it was nice to meet her and kissed her
hand.
621-Envy.
- The teens and Zhane were
on the Megaship in Earth orbit.
- Andros was walking down
a hallway, trying to think of how to ask Ashley
on a date, when he stumbled upon Zhane standing
very close to Ashley in the workbay, with his hands on her shoulders behind
her as he attempted to teach her telekinesis.
- T.J. and Cassie were at their stations on the bridge when Carlos happened to be walking in during DECA's announcement of a disturbance at the beach.
- T.J. called the others to
tell them of trouble at the beach, and they met up at the workbay and then morphed and teleported down to Earth.
- Upon involuntarily demorphing during the fight with
Crocotox, Zhane, hidden from the others' line of sight, ran
off.
- As the Rangers
looked for Zhane after Crocotox's destruction, thinking Zhane might have been stunned, the unmorphed Zhane walked out and waved.
- Carlos warned Zhane not to demorph there, as someone might
see him, and Zhane replied, "Oh yeah, sorry."
- Agreeing with Carlos, Ashley held Zhane's hand
with both of hers and told him he had some great moves and asked if he
could teach them a few.
- Just then, Darkonda's
image appeared in the sky and told them, "Rangers, you'll be busy forever destroying
my army of Crocotox! I have
thousands more where that one came from! Soon the Earth will be mine!"
- Back on the Megaship, the six teens were in the workbay, with Zhane and
Carlos looking at the star chart screen while
the others were at their lockers.
- T.J. planned to see Ashley on the bridge; Carlos
went to his locker for a while before joining the others on the bridge, and meanwhile, Ashley made herself a brownie which Zhane took and ate before they went to the bridge together.
- Zhane suspected Darkonda had to have some sort of lab and had Ashley help him start scanning.
- On the bridge,
Cassie worked at Carlos's station, but as Zhane sat at Cassie's
station and Ashley went to "Communications," Cassie switched to T.J.'s
station, with T.J. at "Operations & Safety."
- As the teens scanned for the source of Darkonda's hologram that had appeared on Earth, the source vector data had been computed,
but the distance was unknown.
- Moments after Ashley
directed the scan toward quadrant 989.2, DECA
detected multiple lifeform energies, making the teens suspect they'd
found Darkonda's lab.
- Talking with Andros in
the workbay, Zhane
suspected Darkonda had more of the monsters, even a whole hatchery.
- As Andros and Zhane came onto the bridge, the others told Andros they thought they knew where Darkonda's lab was, as DECA had located it on the planet Dekata 5.
- As the teens prepared to leave, Ashley cheerfully told Zhane to come on, but Andros said they'd handle this.
- Carlos pointed out they
could use all the help they could get against Darkonda, but Andros
forcefully stated Zhane stayed; as the others
began to leave with confusion, Zhane lied that
he wasn't feeling so hot.
? The five Rangers flew down to Dekata 5 on their Galaxy Gliders as the planet was now below the Megaship, but no travel time to the planet had been shown; adding further confusion
was that Dekata 5 looked exactly like Earth.
- When the Rangers
were trapped in a strong net, Darkonda told
them his plan of conquering the Earth with his
army of Crocotoxes and becoming
the next ruler of the universe; as the Rangers were blasted, Andros realized they needed Zhane.
- Soon, as morphed Zhane
sped in riding his Silver
Cycle, he raced past the blue Crocotox's energy barrier, and T.J. called out to tell Zhane
to find Darkonda's lab, and Zhane said he was picking up a signal.
- Shortly afterward, Andros got an idea and used the Battlizer's laser attack to cut them free from
the net.
- After the Rangers
had destroyed the giant blue Crocotox with the Astro Delta Megazord, Andros was deperate in looking for Zhane as he fought the red Crocotox somewhere below; they
presumably didn't see as Zhane involuntarily demorphed immediately after
destroying the monster.
622-SvSc.
- As they happened to walk by the infirmary the next day, Andros and Cassie
overheard Alpha telling Zhane, "Ay yi yi, I'm afraid it's serious."; they
listened, hidden around the corner, as Zhane
pressed for more information and Alpha
replied, "This is bad. According to my calculations, you don't have
very much time!"
- Shocked, thinking that Zhane was dying, Andros
and Cassie left to go tell the others, but had
they stayed a moment longer, they would've realized Alpha had been talking about Zhane's morphing powers.
- Andros and Cassie prepared to tell the others the really bad
news on the bridge when Zhane came in from the lift with a panel device; he
was confused by their concern.
- Andros told Zhane he'd been working too hard, but Zhane replied hard work wasn't going to kill him.
- Between tapping at his panel device, Zhane looked at the "Computer Systems" console,
then the display panel for the front center seat.
- Confusing Zhane, Andros had Zhane sit, and
Cassie put his feet up, with Andros taking the panel device.
- When DECA announced the Praying Mantis's attack on Earth, the teens began to rush out; when Zhane started to get up, Andros and Cassie made
him sit, with Cassie telling him just to take
it easy.
- During the battle on Earth, Praying Mantis asked the Rangers why they didn't call their friend,
but Carlos retorted that they didn't need his
help.
- After ramming Praying Mantis on his Silver Cycle, Zhane got off his parked cycle and soon wielded his
Silverizer against the
monster despite Andros and Cassie's intentions for him to stay behind them.
- After Zhane had been
blasted, Andros wanted Zhane to stay behind while they handled it, but Zhane went forward alone, saying he could handle
it.
- As Zhane did a final
slash with his Silverizer
after blasting Praying
Mantis, he was apparently slashed back, stunning him, and Cassie and Andros had him
take it easy.
- As the Rangers
took over, Zhane ran off.
- After Praying Mantis had retreated,
the Rangers looked around and called out
for Zhane, and he cheerfully trotted up
unmorphed.
- Zhane said he was fine,
asking why he wouldn't be, and as he put his arm around Ashley and T.J. patted him on
the back, Andros told Cassie they had to tell the others about Zhane's condition.
- Later in the workbay,
the five teens ate a meal at the table, having been called there by Andros there to talk, and Andros and Cassie told
the teens the shocking news.
- Walking from the bridge to a doorway across the hall, Zhane heard the conversation as Cassie noted Zhane had
been demorphing as soon as the
fight was over, and Carlos assumed he was too
weak.
- Grinning devilishly, Zhane remarked to himself, "So that's why Cassie and Andros are
acting so freaky. (chuckles and rubs hands) They think I'm dying!"
- Ashley remarked,
startled, that Zhane was acting so brave, and as
Carlos wondered what they could do, Zhane walked in, curious, and they quickly catered
to him.
- When Cassie asked how he
was, Zhane cleared his throat and guessed he was
fine.
- T.J. gave Zhane his seat, Cassie
poured Zhane some juice, and Carlos offered him some of his spinach from a
silver plate, but Zhane said he hated spinach.
- When Zhane asked for some
pie, Ashley put a piece on a plate for him, but
Cassie argued with her that it wasn't good for
him, with Ashley arguing that that's what he
wanted; meanwhile, Zhane watched with amusement.
? The pie was actually
quite cold and hard.
- Later, as Zhane was
meeting with Alpha in the infirmary again, Praying Mantis attacked again;
DECA volunteered to alert Zhane, but the teens adamantly told her not to,
since he needed to rest.
- Parting, Andros ordered
DECA not to tell Zhane.
- The teens ran into Zhane
in the hallway and told him they were going down for only a minor
disturbance on Earth.
- As the five teens prepared to take the jump tubes, Zhane offered to go with them, but Andros told him to stay and take it easy; Zhane tried to tell them the truth, but they rushed
off down the tubes.
- Fighting the monster after eventually arriving,
Zhane was grappled and lifted into the air by
the monster while the Rangers were busy
fighting Quantrons.
- The Rangers soon
broke free and all ran forward, but they were too late, as the claws
holding Zhane up exploded, apparently taking Zhane with them.
- The Rangers all
screamed in agony, thinking Zhane had been
killed.
- Andros collapsed to his
knees, saying, "He was my best friend, and I've lost him again!"; he
then angrily stood, and the Rangers
charged but were blasted back.
- Andros furiously said it
couldn't end like this and they couldn't give up, and Cassie sobbingly said Zhane would want them to keep fighting.
- As Praying Mantis charged, Zhane flew in on his silver glider, knocking the
monster out of the air.
- Some time after the monster's destruction, the
teens, with Alpha, were upset in the workbay that Zhane had
lied to them.
- When Zhane came in, the
teens pretended to pamper him, and Cassie gave
him some juice which he spat out because it was spinach juice, given to
him since he was so sick.
- Zhane realized they'd
caught on and said it was just a joke and that he'd been planning to
tell them eventually.
- When Zhane admitted he'd
never felt better, Andros amusedly gave him the
cleaning supplies to clean the Megaship
top to bottom.
623-Date.
- The five Rangers
were fighting Horror Bull in a
plaza downtown one morning when Zhane soon drove
up to confront Astronema nearby; he would
remain uninvolved in the five Rangers'
fight.
- After Zhane had secretly
rescued Astronema and taken her to a jungle
to care for her at a campsite, the teens were in the workbay later in the day while Zhane was away sulking in his quarters.
- T.J. and Carlos were practicing some blocks while Andros and Ashley were
using some scanner-like devices and Cassie was
reading the newspaper; on the table was a
bowl of fruit.
- After reading the classifieds, Cassie saw a full-page ad for the movie Star Crossed Lovers and
excitedly announced that it was playing in town; Ashley gasped with joy, having wanted to see that,
and excitedly said they had to go, grabbing Andros's apple from him in her excitement.
- As Ashley and then Cassie began to drag Andros off, Carlos
glanced at the ad and refused, but Cassie
smacked her fists into her palm playfully and said the guys had picked
the movie last time, and Andros agreed.
- When T.J. asked about Zhane, Ashley excitedly
said they'd go ask him, and she tossed Andros
back his apple before she and Cassie ran off to
drag Zhane from his quarters.
- Later, as the six teens came out of the movie in
casual clothes, Carlos remarked to T.J., apparently amazed, "That was so romantic," and
the girls and Andros chuckled, with the girls
having known the guys would like it.
- As Zhane joined the teens
after staying behind to help a teenaged girl (secretly Astronema in the form of Karone) with her books, purple energy bolts from
behind struck nearby, sending people running and the teens ducking behind things.
- While everyone was distracted, a red arrow with a
note on it shot into the tree Zhane was hiding
behind, and he read it privately.
- Later, the five teens ate at an outdoor cafe
while talking about the movie; Cassie had known
the guys would like it, but Andros remarked
that it needed more explosions.
- Alpha called the teens
to tell them of another Horror
Bull attacking, and they left to fight him in the quarry, where they
discovered their weapons were useless
against him.
- After Ecliptor had
retreated and Horror Bull had
grown after being defeated by Zhane, Zhane hopped onto his Silver Cycle and told the others
he had to go, then raced off between the giant monster's legs.
- Later on the bridge, the teens argued privately about
which was to go and talk to the depressed Zhane,
who sat despondent at a center seat.
- Ashley was shoved
forward, and she awkwardly asked Zhane if he was
okay, but he didn't reply.
- Andros, shoved forward
next, agreed that Zhane looked a little bummed,
but he still didn't answer.
- Cassie, shoved next,
smoothly told him, "You can talk to us about ANNNything," but he merely
looked at her and quietly said "thank you" before walking out.
624-ZhnD.
- On the desert planet Centaur B, Zhane
and Andros were in brown cloaks in a fierce
sandstorm wearing facemasks, with Zhane using a
scanner to lead them to the first of several energy sources the teens
had detected.
- When Zhane suggested that
the others, monitoring from the Megaship
in orbit, check out the second source, T.J. said Alpha couldn't track them down there since the
conditions were too severe, but Andros said not
to worry, as they'd keep in contact.
- As Alpha handed out
facemasks, Ashley remarked that Dark Specter would have to be crazy to send
Zordon to a place like that, but Carlos said something down there was definitely
giving off energy, and they ran to the jump tubes to find out what.
- Then in the desert, with the four wearing cloaks
and masks like Andros and Zhane, T.J. said his AmScanner was detecting an energy
source nearby.
- T.J. got a strong reading
just over the rocks, but Cassie had him split
up from the others to look at patches of coral growing on a rock, which
Cassie thought was odd, since there weren't any
oceans on the planet.
- As they went to rejoin the others, T.J. and Cassie were held up
by two Rebel soldiers with blasters, and their
AmScanners were taken; the
general known as Yatru brought in the
captured Carlos and Ashley as well and had the four taken away.
- Elsewhere, Zhane and Andros had discovered false readings but were
unable to contact the others.
- A Rebel guard locked
the four teens in a cell in the Rebels'
underground colony.
- Through a cell window, the teens could see people
being carried around on stretchers, and through another window was an
infirmary chamber where many people were sick from a coral disease; one
man who was just carried in was initially covered with white foam on his
shoulder which suddenly grew into giant coral coverings; other people
had coral growths and even clawlike arms.
- Ecliptor and the Quantrons soon attacked Zhane and Andros in the
desert, and they fought back well before running off tho find the
others.
- Underground, Yatru
presented to leaders Kinwon and Taikwa the four handcuffed teens, who wore tan
flight suits with Ranger-colored
undershirts and five-square Ranger
badges; Yatru insisted these were the spies
responsible for turning their people into coral.
- When T.J. claimed innocence,
Yatru replied that they'd been on the surface
with surveillance equipment, showing Kinwon a
confiscated AmScanner.
- Kinwon told Yatru to let them speak, and Carlos insisted they were merely tracking an
energy source; Kinwon wondered why a search
party would come to Centaur B, saying
the planet was nothing but an ill-tempered rock.
- T.J. said they were looking
for someone, and when this received only unmoved murmuring from the
crowd of Rebels, Ashley nodded to him, and he declared that they
were Power Rangers; this surprised the people
a bit, at which point Yatru violently
pretended to take something from behind Ashley,
a small canister.
- The teens had identified themselves to the Rebels, and the Rebels
would later refer to the teens, as "Power
Rangers" rather than "the Power Rangers,"
indicating a seldom-seen awareness of multiple Power Ranger teams in the universe.
- Yatru smashed the
canister against a wall, and the liquid inside turned into white foam,
which then turned into a cluster of coral.
- Ashley insisted the
canister had been planted, but Yatru declared
that they were guilty as charged and ordered for them to be taken away
to be destroyed.
- Kinwon argued that this
had not been a trial; Yatru insisted they
were destroying their people, and Taikwa asked
Kinwon how much more evidence he needed, but
Kinwon insisted that their guilt was not for
Yatru to decide; if they threw out their
laws, chaos would reign.
- Kinwon told Yatru he would hold him personally responsible
if any of the teens were harmed, and Yatru
grudgingly had the teens taken away.
- On the surface, Andros
told Alpha they'd lost contact with the
others, but Alpha said the atmosphere was too
dense for the ship's scanners, so Zhane had them
keep heading for the second energy source, which was where the others
had been heading before they'd lost contact.
- Using tools of some sort, T.J. and Cassie chipped away
at the rock holding a bar on one side of their cell, and the four soon
escaped through the hole once the bar was removed.
- Upon reaching a dead end in the tunnel, the teens
were startled by a coral-covered hand reaching from around the corner,
but they quickly discovered it was a barely-conscious Kinwon, having been struck by the coral plague.
- Yatru and guards
confronted the teens, and Yatru declared that
they'd gotten Kinwon.
- Later, the teens were in front of an angry mob
who all wanted the destruction of the spies.
- Yatru ordered for them
to be taken to the surface and destroyed, but the cloaked and masked Zhane and Andros stormed
in and ordered them to be released; Yatru
said they were more spies and told the guards to capture them, but the
two pulled Astro Blasters and aimed them
at the guards.
- Andros declared that
they weren't spies, and nor were the four teens; he and Zhane then removed their masks as he declared they
were Power Rangers, stunning the crowd.
- Taikwa knew Andros and Zhane, and Andros was surprised to see her there; she
explained that they had been in hiding since escaping from KO-35.
- Yatru insisted that
the teens were spies and ordered for them to be destroyed, but Andros and Zhane again
aimed their Astro Blasters at the
guards; the guards were confused and reluctant to act, so Andros had them lower their Astro Blasters.
- Frustrated, Yatru said
he'd destroy them himself if he had to, and Coralizer stormed in.
- As the guards aimed their weapons at the fight,
Andros and Zhane
attempted to fight Coralizer
while unmorphed.
- Several guards unchained the other four teens;
meanwhile, Yatru fled with Zhane on his heels.
- The five teens fought Coralizer poorly, and once Coralizer had suddenly left, Taikwa threw the four teens their confiscated Morphers which had been on a table, calling
out Andros's and T.J.'s
names.
- The teens put on their Morphers and morphed, then fought the monster on the
surface.
- Some time after the destruction of Coralizer and Darkonda, the six teens met up with Kinwon and Taikwa
amidst elated Rebels in a bunker area.
- Kinwon addressed the
teens as, "Andros, Zhane, all the Power
Rangers," asking how they could thank them enough; T.J. replied it was their honor, calling him "sir."
- Kinwon told the teens
that the Rebels had to leave Centaur B soon, since Dark Specter knew their location and would be
back.
- The teens offered to help, and Kinwon thanked them, saying there was much to
carry.
- Soon, Zhane had decided
to stay to help the Rebels, as they were
building weapons to defend themselves against Dark Specter.
- Kinwon thanked the
teens, saying the Rebels would return to KO-35 someday.
- The teens said their goodbyes to Zhane, and he planned to be back someday when they
least suspected it.
- After teleporting
back to the ship, the teens, in their standard uniforms, assumed their normal
positions on the bridge and prepared
to leave Centaur B's orbit.
- Andros took a moment of
reflective silence, then finally had them leave orbit to get back to
work.
625-AACh.
- In section 4-C of a top secret laboratory
somewhere, Quantrons stood in the control
room as the scientists were all unconscious; Lizwizard sucked up information
from both the scientists and the computers through his long tongue.
- The Rangers
sneaked up, assessed the situation, then stormed in, with Andros blasting away with his Astro Blaster.
- Lizwizard wrapped his tongue
around Andros's arm, then switched places with
him and dragged him outside and had the Quantrons attack him, at which point the other
Rangers helped him.
- The Rangers used
their weapons against Lizwizard, but when Cassie aimed her Satellite Stunner at him, he wrapped
his tongue around her arm; when Carlos leapt
through the air to strike the monster with his Lunar Lance, Lizwizard switched places with Cassie, causing Carlos to
accidentally strike Cassie in the left shoulder
with the lance, making her spark, shriek, and collapse.
- As the others assisted the injured Cassie, Carlos rushed at
the monster, but he and the Quantrons
vanished.
- Some time later as Cassie was in the infirmary with her arm in a sling
while playing checkers with Alpha, the Megaship was in orbit around a planet which
looked like KO-35.
- Later, Carlos was deep
in thought on the roof of a compound where Professor Phenomenus, Bulk, and Skull happened to
be attacked by Lizwizard; after
some serious internal struggling, Carlos morphed and engaged in a difficult
struggle with the monster.
- During the struggle, Adam
Park leapt in and kicked the monster back, then helped Carlos fight Lizwizard until the monster
retreated.
- The surprised Carlos was
pleased to see Adam and thanked him for his help.
- Adam, perhaps having been
told about Carlos's troubles, told Carlos, "Everybody needs a hand now and then, even
the Black Ranger."
- Adam started Carlos on an intense training session lasting
numerous days, with them shown in four different wardrobes; the workouts
included martial arts training and general workout exercises.
- During one training session, Carlos became so frustrated that he ran away from
Adam and Alpha, saying
he was no Power Ranger.
- Wearing civilian clothes and with hair down, Carlos placed his Morpher and communicator on a console on the Megaship bridge while the other four teens were
confused; T.J. didn't think he could be serious.
- Carlos put a black bag
over his shoulder and went to the lift,
saying he had to leave before he hurt someone again.
? When Adam reached for his charred Power Morpher to help the powerless Carlos against Lizwizard in the park, Carlos
protested that Adam would be destroyed, but he
hadn't overheard Alpha's earlier discussion
with Adam about the dangers of using the Power Morpher; in fact, the last ex-Ranger he'd seen morphing, Justin, had experienced no such dangers.
- After Carlos had pulled
Lizwizard off the weak but
still morphed Adam, the other four Space Rangers arrived, and as they fought
off Quantrons, Cassie threw Carlos his
Astro Morpher.
- When Lizwizard was enlarged after Adam and Carlos had
defeated him, Adam again dropped to his knees and
demorphed painfully, this time for
good; after being helped up by Carlos, Adam told him he was okay and that he should go on,
and the other Rangers joined Carlos to summon the Astro Megazord.
- After the monster's destruction, unmorphed Carlos (trailed by the four other teens) and Alpha attended to the weakened Adam.
? The four teens
rushed up to Carlos and picked him up, nearly
pushing Adam aside without paying any attention
to him.
626-SOLk.
- The night after a lone battle with Darkonda, Andros slept
on the Megaship in orbit, but the other
teens' location was uncertain.
- The next day, the four teens were at their
stations in the bridge, but with Alpha in rear center and Cassie in Andros's seat;
when told of Batarax's attack in
Angel Grove, the teens rushed out after
telling Alpha to alert Andros, and the five Rangers went down to Earth together from the orbiting ship.
- After the Rangers
had destroyed Batarax, Andros had learned from Astronema's locket that she was Karone and had spoken with her for a moment before
she'd teleported away; soon afterward, the five teens were on the Megaship as it flew through space while Andros talked
with the teens about the revelation.
627-AsTT.
- The other four Rangers joined Andros in fighting the needle monster a short while
after he'd gone to KO-35 to speak with Astronema the next day.
- Carlos soon noted that
the monster didn't know when to give up, then leapt in with a Lunar Lance attack, then stood in the
center of the group and called for the Quadroblaster.
- Later on the bridge in KO-35
orbit, the teens tried to convince Andros that
Astronema was no less dangerous just because
she knew the truth; Andros agreed but firmly
pointed out that she'd saved him from the monster by giving him back his
Morpher.
- DECA announced an incoming
transmission, and Alpha was surprised to
realize it was Astronema; Andros had them open the communications, and Astronema, in a cavern, looked around in worry
and then quietly told Andros to meet her on KO-35, as she had to speak to him alone.
- Andros went down to KO-35 despite the others' warnings.
- Soon, as the Megaship flew through space, Andros returned to
the bridge, startling and upsetting
the others when Astronema entered behind
him.
- When Andros explained
her presence by saying she knew where Zordon
was, T.J. said of course she did, as she'd helped
kidnap him, but Astronema coolly denied the
accusation, saying she would help them rescue him.
- Cassie just wanted the
coordinates, saying they didn't need her help, but Astronema said there was a forcefield around
the planet which she could get Dark
Specter to lower.
- As the teens were extremely suspicious, T.J. said that if they took her, she had to be
restrained; Andros was upset by the idea, but
Astronema calmly told him it was okay, then
told the teens that Zordon was in the Kirak
Galaxy, on the jungle planet of Yotoba.
- After setting the course, T.J. hoped Astronema was
telling the truth, and Astronema gave the
teens a distrustful look.
628-RLOF.
- On the journey to Yotoba, Astronema was shackled to a post in the engine room.
- As they approached Yotoba the next morning, Andros awoke from sleeping against the doorway and
undid Astronema's chains.
- Andros and Astronema joined the others on the bridge, with Andros bringing five sets of shackles and
explaining that it had to look like she'd captured them; T.J. didn't think it was a good idea, but he agreed
and said they'd make it look real.
- Once the teens had reluctantly snapped themselves
in, Astronema summoned her staff from purple energy.
- After Astronema's
report to Dark Specter, the teens uncuffed
themselves and resumed their normal stations: T.J.
had Ashley bring the scanners to high
sensitivity and had Carlos bring them ahead on
Hyper Rush 1.
- Ashley locked in the
coordinates, and T.J. asked Cassie for a shields and fuel status, to which she
replied shields were 100% and fuel was at maximum capacity.
- As the Megaship
flew down through the clouds, DECA announced
approaching Velocifighters, and Astronema said they were escorts which they had
to follow.
- T.J. decided to follow them,
and Andros led Astronema out.
- The Megaship flew
after the group of Velocifighters
through a fierce thunderstorm until T.J.,
unrestful, suddenly veered away and lost the Velocifighters, but the ship was soon hit
by lightning, disabling the lights and the engines.
- Carlos ran out and did
something inside an access panel in the hallway, holding a spotlight; Andros soon returned to the bridge, having left Astronema in the engine room.
- The Megaship
crash-landed in the jungle, flinging the teens over the consoles; Andros ran back to check on Astronema, but only her shackles remained, and
the cargo bay doors were ajar, leading
the others to conclude she'd been trying to lead them into a trap.
- Soon, the teens searched the jungle and were
forced to hide as a troop of Piranhatrons
went by; they were then suddenly attacked by Darkonda and more Piranhatrons.
- As Darkonda approached
morphed Andros after striking him, Ashley grappled him and had Andros go after Zordon;
Darkonda blasted the departing Red Ranger in the back, but Astronema carried him away, causing Darkonda to send Piranhatrons after the two.
- After Dark Specter
had appeared in Zordon's tube setup in a
clearing, startling Andros and Astronema, Darkonda
and Piranhatrons surrounded the area,
having captured the other four Rangers,
and Darkonda had them sieze Andros.
- Andros was horrified,
asking Karone how she could have tricked them,
and Dark Specter was curious as well;
after some contemplation, she evilly said it had been her pleasure.
- Cassie shouted at Astronema that she was an evil liar, and T.J. said he'd known they shouldn't have trusted her.
- Once Dark Specter
had vanished, Astronema told Darkonda to destroy the Rangers, but as he considered which one to
destroy first and then reared back to strike Ashley, Astronema
blasted him in the back, making him twitch and then fall over.
- Astronema told the Rangers to duck as she threw her boomerang;
they did so, and the boomerang slashed all the Piranhatrons holding them, causing the Rangers to realize as she freed them that
she was on their side after all.
- Back up, Darkonda
prepared to attack the traitor, but Ecliptor,
arriving, blasted him repeatedly with his eyebeams; reeling from the
beams, Darkonda fell and exploded.
- As Ecliptor staggered
through the Piranhatron crowd, Astronema rushed over to him while the Rangers kept the Piranhatrons at bay.
- Ecliptor told the Rangers to get Astronema out of there, and they did so as Ecliptor tried to hold back the Piranhatrons.
- Once the Rangers
were inside the Megaship's hatch, Astronema blasted at the incoming mass of Piranhatrons, making a large explosion, and
the ship then lifted off once the hatch had sealed her inside.
- As the Megaship
flew through space, Andros and a guilt-ridden Astronema entered the bridge from the lift, and the others came up to her, feeling
bad themselves.
- The teens apologized; Astronema told them she didn't expect them to
like her, as she'd never had a friend or been deserving of one, but she
only hoped that one day they would believe she didn't want to hurt them.
- The teens sincerely believed Karone, and T.J. told her she
had five friends; holding Astronema's hand,
Ashley added that she deserved every one of
them.
629-DSR1.
- As the Megaship
continued to fly through space toward Earth probably the next day, Andros gave Karone (still
dressed as Astronema) a tour of the Megaship, but she was a bit overwhelmed and
pensive.
- Karone was glad to be
with the teens, but she wondered whether the others would forgive her
for all the terrible things she'd done.
- When DECA told Karone that the other Rangers wanted to see her on the bridge, she suspected they probably
wanted to throw her into the nearest black hole; Andros jokingly said there was one nearby.
- On the bridge,
the others stood seriously as Karone and Andros walked in; Karone
was awkwardly friendly with them.
- The teens had made an important decision: based
on her actions, they had decided to make her an honorary Power Ranger, startling her.
- Cassie presented a dark
gray version of the Rangers' flight
suits, with purple versions of three Ranger badges on it: the five-square badge
(with five purple squares), the triangle badge, and the Jupiter badge.
- On the folded-up suit was a purple ribbon and a
communicator with purple wristband
stripes.
- The teens all laughed happily at their surprise
for Karone, and Alpha exclaimed that now he'd seen everything.
- Soon, fidgeting nervously, Karone entered the bridge from the lift, and the teens were amazed at how she
looked: she wore the flight suit with a purple turtleneck, with her
locket around her neck, and her hair now blonde, straight, and shoulder
length; she wore little makeup and now looked like an actual teenager.
- As the Megaship
was flying through space back toward Earth, an enormous asteroid dwarfing the ship
overtook it in a near miss, at which point Dark Specter came in over the viewscreen and
told the teens that Astronema belonged to
him; if they returned her, he would spare them.
- Ashley pointed out that
his asteroid had missed them, and he replied, "Of course. It's headed
for Earth!"
- When the Megalasers at optimum range
failed to cause any noticeable damage, Andros
had the five Rangers teleport onto the surface of the asteroid
with two detonator cases: inside each case were two explosive spheres,
each with a Spiral Saber-like
drill on it.
- When the Rangers
were blasted by Velocifighters overhead
and then attacked by Quantrons and Darkonda, Andros had
the others take care of the Velocifighters while he and T.J. placed the remaining two devices.
- After the explosives had failed to have any
noticeable effect on the asteroid, the Rangers returned to the bridge from the workbay holding their helmets, and they
considered using the Astro and Delta Megazords,
but DECA said impact with Earth was imminent.
- As the Rangers
struggled to think of something they could do, Karone said Dark
Specter had sent the asteroid, which meant it had been programmed to
hit Earth, in which case she could get on the Dark Fortress and reprogram it.
- Andros didn't want to
lose Karone again, but she said it might be the
only way to stop the asteroid; after a thoughtful pause, Andros agreed to the idea.
- Soon, Karone radioed to
the Megaship from the Dark Fortress with an earpiece microphone,
in the form of Astronema again.
- Astronema had made it
onboard and then headed to the main control room, where she viewed the
asteroid's trajectory on the viewing screen.
- Ecliptor, with silver
cyborg modifications all over his body, found Astronema and approached her; Astronema was initially relieved that it was Ecliptor, but as he said he was better than
ever, she noticed his new form.
- When Astronema asked
with concern what they'd done to him, Ecliptor replied while approaching her, "The
same as will be done to you, my princess," and as her headset fell to
the floor, she screamed in protest; with this, the teens lost contact
with Karone.
- As the teens were stunned, General Norquist sent a message to the Rangers telling them of the asteroid heading
for Earth, saying they were the only ones who
could stop it, and pleading for them to help if they could hear the
message.
? T.J. said they had one more chance, the Megazords, but one would think they would have
tried this before sacrificing Karone.
- In the shuttle, the Rangers formed the Astro Megazord to push on the asteroid,
then Andros called for all Zords to report to the asteroid, at which point
the Delta Megazord joined in, and the Rangers flew the Mega Vehicles from Ganymede and formed Mega Voyager to help as well.
630-DSR2.
- Just as Andros said they
just needed a little more power, the new Mega
Winger flew in piloted by Zhane and added
the needed extra power, changing the asteroid's course and saving the Earth.
- Afterward, the teens were on the bridge of the Megaship when Zhane
entered from the workbay.
- Zhane explained that the
Rebels had built the Mega Winger and that it was awesome.
- DECA announced that the Dark Fortress had been located in quadrant
446.7 behind the planet Vraden; Andros asked DECA to pinpoint Karone,
and Zhane was surprised he'd found his sister.
- As Andros worked at the
"Operations & Safety" console, Ashley pulled Zhane aside and told him they'd found out Astronema was Karone
and that Darkonda had kidnapped her; T.J. said she'd defected to their side but that
something had happened when she'd gone to the Dark Fortress to reprogram the asteroid.
- Zhane exclaimed that he'd
known there was something good about Astronema.
- Later returning, Andros
and Zhane flew up behind the Megaship in two stolen Velocifighters, then walked onto the bridge from the workbay holding their helmets, with T.J. asking if they were okay.
- Zhane told the others of
Karone's brainwashing and being turned into Astronema again; Andros was silently upset.
- When DECA announced a
monster in the desert, the viewscreen
showed Bulk, Skull, and
Professor Phenomenus run into a rock wall
dead end while Frightwing
chased them, and Cassie wondered what
they were doing out in the middle of the desert.
- Standing amongst the six Rangers after they'd come to his, Bulk's, and Skull's rescue,
the Professor boldly told the monster,
"These, by the way, are the Power
Rangers, and you are about to get your behind kicked!"; he then made
crazy gestures and took an offensive stance, at which point the Rangers, Bulk, and Skull all posed with him simultaneously.
- Once the Winged Mega
Voyager had destroyed giant Frightwing in midair with the Mega V-3 missile mode, the Professor, Bulk, and Skull cheered and met up with the six Rangers to thank them.
- When T.J. asked what the
three had been doing out in the desert, they laughed weakly, and the Professor told them he couldn't answer that.
- Andros offered the three
a lift back to town; soon, Cassie asked Skull what he thought as he slid his hand amazed on
the hovering blue Galaxy Glider, with T.J. telling him to get on; he did so a little
nervously, but liking it.
631-RGPs.
- One day at what appeared to be dusk, the five Rangers fought an owl monster and easily destroyed
it.
- Perhaps the next day on the bridge, Andros
was looking sadly at his locket while thinking of Karone when Ashley came
in with a panel device and another device; concerned, she pressed a few
buttons at the "Computer Systems" console, where the monitor appeared to
be scanning galaxies or planets, and then went
to comfort Andros.
- Ashley suggested they
get the others and all take a break, and the five teens soon ate at the
Surf Spot.
- As Adelle served the
teens fries and burgers, she remarked that she'd thought maybe they'd
fallen off the edge of the Earth.
- As the teens ravenously grabbed their plates from
the tray, Adelle observed that wherever they'd
been, they'd sure brought back an appetite.
- Loving her burger, Cassie said the Synthetron had never made a hamburger
as good as Adelle's.
- The teens thought they heard their communicators warbling, but it was actually
a Copernicus 2000, a pocket computer used by Mandy at the next table.
- As Cassie and Carlos soon went to the bar for drinks, they heard
a news report on TV about a catastrophic
disturbance in downtown Angel Grove; they
watched in alarm as the five Space
Rangers walked up to the reporter.
- Soon after the Ranger impostors had begun shooting at the
news crew, the real Rangers rushed out
from behind the news van just after the crew had run by.
- During the ensuing battle after the Psycho Rangers had revealed their normal
forms, the Psychos pounded their
respective Rangers, then grabbed the Rangers' foreheads and drained knowledge
from them in the form of golden waves of light; Psycho Red told Red Ranger now he'd know
everything about his powers.
- As soon as Zhane had
crashed in on the Silver
Cycle, the Psychos vanished after
being blasted by the cycle's
headlights.
- Once the Psychos
had arrived on the Dark Fortress, they
reported that they had indeed gotten the Rangers' energies and that each one of them
had tapped into a Power Ranger; Astronema said soon they would know the Rangers inside and out, knowing their
thoughts and predicting their next moves.
- On a bench in a park area downtown, Andros and Ashley sat
worried, knowing that the Psychos were
learning about them by having read their minds.
- Ashley sat worriedly
thinking, but Andros had them get back to the
ship.
- Back on the ship soon afterward, DECA notified the teens of reports of several
unknown disturbances on Earth, and after tapping
some buttons at Ashley's station, Cassie found with puzzlement that the Psycho Rangers were attacking random people
on Earth.
- To alert Zhane, T.J. called him with his Morpher; in civilian clothes at a market
downtown, Zhane was scanning with an AmScanner before answering his Digimorpher, and T.J.
told him to be on the lookout, telling him of the attacks.
- Soon, Andros entered the
bridge from the workbay with a Copernicus 2000, having figured
out that its sound was what had caused the Psycho Rangers' seemingly random attacks;
therefore, they couldn't use their communicators, frustrating T.J., as he'd already called Zhane.
- Andros and T.J. went to the market in civilian clothes and
eventually found Zhane's dropped AmScanner; they then rushed back
onto the bridge in uniform from the workbay and had them run a scan for the captured
Zhane.
- After they'd located Zhane in the old library, Andros reminded them they couldn't use their communicators; when they ran up to the
library's property, they were unmorphed in civilian clothes.
- The teens had to morph to get through a forcefield
around the property, but first, since the Psychos would hear them, Andros thought to distract them first; while the
Psychos attacked the unpiloted Megatank because of a device
looping the warble sound, the teens morphed but were almost immediately
blocked by the Psychos outside the
library.
- Before being warped away, the Psycho Rangers fried the Rangers, burning holes into their suits and
causing them to collapse in agony after the blasting had stopped.
632-COnC.
- In the Surf Spot, Carlos was playing an arcade game.
- Silvy's mom, a teacher,
said that Carlos had been one of her best
students at Angel Grove High.
? The teens were
apparently free to use their communicators and morph on Earth
during this episode, but fortunately for them, the Psychos were not on Earth at the time; whether the teens knew this is
unknown.
- After morphing upon being called, Carlos joined the other three Rangers in searching the harbor for a
monster; Andros would arrive shortly to join
them in fighting Datascammer
once he'd attacked.
- That night, in his dimmed quarters on the Megaship in uniform, Carlos was typing something up from a thick book
onto a notebook computer at his desk; he then finished by hitting a
button and stretched, and the computer soon announced that he had email;
this was a private email address for Carlos
rather than the Black Ranger.
- The next day, perhaps at lunch, the teens ate
together on the Megaship as it flew
through space; Carlos
talked about the situation with Silvy, who had
learned his identity and was blackmailing
him into going places with her, and they agreed that he couldn't keep
catering to her every need.
- While on the Megaship on its flight somewhere, Carlos was still able to receive a page from Silvy.
- That night, the teens spent the night on the Megaship.
- While Carlos was away
retrieving a moonrock, his pager went off while Ashley had it, and she saw in it that Silvy was in trouble; the five Rangers would soon arrive to protect Silvy from Datascammer near the graveyard
where her brother was buried.
633-Rift.
- As the Megaship
was in orbit, Cassie, near a disheveled
cleaning cart, frustratedly swept up around the jump tubes while Ashley ate at the workbay table; Andros
got up from the table after making sure he and Ashley were still on for practice at the Simudeck soon.
- As the girls argued over the mess Ashley had made, Ashley
shouted that she'd cleaned up three weeks ago.
- Entering with Carlos
after hearing the shouting, T.J. soon reminded them
that they'd all agreed to divide the duties, at which point Cassie stormed out after giving T.J. the broom.
- Later, Cassie was
dusting on the bridge when Andros, with Carlos,
asked her to check out the Hyper Rush converters, but Cassie frustratedly said checking the system
functions was Ashley's job this week, then
obsessively pointed out the clean floor.
- T.J. brought in an annoyed
Ashley and had the girls sit beside each other;
when the two began bickering, T.J. said they'd all
been on this ship a long time and that they were all a little tired.
- At that point, DECA
announced Psycho Pink in Angel Grove, and the teens went down to fight
her.
- During the battle, Psycho Yellow, initially disguised as an
old woman, shackled Ashley and warped away with
her into the ground, distressing Cassie
greatly.
- After Andros had made Psycho Pink retreat, the four teens
returned to the Megaship, where they
scanned for Ashley as Cassie was stunned.
- In a cavern, Psycho
Yellow planned to take "the rest" of Yellow Ranger's powers, then
grabbed Yellow Ranger's
forehead to finish the "brain drain" but was interrupted by Psycho Pink.
- Later, after Psycho
Pink had knocked Ashley out of an
industrial building into a field, Cassie flew
in and rescued Ashley, and the five Rangers then fought Psycho Pink.
- As giant Psycho
Pink, in monster form, was stomping on the Mega Voyager, Zhane
flew down blasting with Mega Winger,
telling the teens they could always count on him if they were down.
- When Cassie suggested
they use the Mega V-3 Missile Mode, Zhane had them wait until Psycho Pink was distracted by grappling Mega Winger in her tentacles.
- Eating in the workbay,
the teens were glad that the odds were a little bit better with Psycho Pink destroyed, but T.J. said the odds would be even better if they could
figure out the Psychos' next plan; Carlos said maybe they could and had them all go
to the bridge.
- When the girls began fighting over who would
clean up, both wanting to do it, T.J. told them to
stop, saying the guys would clean up; leaving, the girls congratulated
each other.
634-FOAK.
- A different day, the five teens planned on the bridge; on a checkerboard table were
figurines for the five Rangers and five
Psychos, and Cassie removed Psycho
Pink's figure.
- As the teens lamented
that they'd been pounded by their counterparts, T.J. got an idea: since the Psychos had read their minds and learned
how they fought, they had to mix things up and confuse them.
- At that point, the Psychos were in the plaza downtown; below,
the Rangers did fairly well fighting
non-matching Psychos, but Psycho Blue soon attacked T.J., and the Psychos
regrouped against their counterparts, regaining the advantage.
- Despite not being with the teens during their
strategizing on the Megaship, Zhane rode up on the Silver Cycle and helped.
- After T.J. had lost
consciousness from injury after the Psycho
Rangers had been warped away, the teens and Zhane were beside T.J. in the
infirmary when he awoke.
- T.J., upset that his plan
hadn't worked, started to get up, but the others made him stay, and Andros said they were working on a new plan.
- Some time later, the Megaship was flying through space.
- Inspired, T.J. rushed to the
bridge with Cassie; Andros and Ashley were already there, and Carlos and Zhane entered
together from the Megalift, having been
called there.
- As the teens and Zhane
watched, T.J. spraypainted all five Ranger figures blue, pleasing all of them as
they understood T.J.'s plan.
- All five Rangers
confronted the Psychos looking exactly
like Blue Ranger; their
voices, however, apparently sounded like their own rather than T.J.'s, and only T.J. used the Astro Axe.
- After T.J. had blasted the
three Psychos with his Astro Blaster while Psycho Blue was confused, blue lightning
bolts suddenly rained down from above, confusing and weakening the Rangers; the three Psychos, meanwhile, appeared dazed.
- A silver Psycho
Ranger, Psycho Silver,
walked up, alarming the three Psycho
Rangers; as T.J. was alarmed as well, asking
who it was, Psycho Silver
replied in a distorted Zhane voice, "Guess."
- After posing, Psycho Silver said, "I'm the
Silver Psycho Ranger, and I'm here to
destroy the Power Rangers once and for
all!"; the Rangers all appeared
apprehensive.
- Saying that the Rangers were his, Psycho Silver slashed each of
the Rangers with a sleek, evil Super Silverizer, appearing
to cause them actual harm.
- As Psycho
Silver defeated the Rangers, the Psychos were angered rather than
intimidated, but as Psycho Red and Psycho Black approached the stranger, Psycho Blue blasted them both and told them
he'd handle Psycho Silver
alone; they warped away with disgust.
- Psycho Blue held
out his hand, making painful mist blow up around Psycho Silver; he then prepared
to attack the one Blue Ranger
left standing, but morphed T.J., from elsewhere,
leapt off Psycho Silver's
shoulders and slashed Psycho Blue's left
eye with the Astro Axe, cracking
it.
- As Psycho
Silver stood with the Rangers, the
four impostor blue suits shattered away, revealing their real Ranger suits.
- Zhane removed his helmet
triumphantly as Psycho Blue was stunned,
then, after being blasted at, morphed
into Silver Ranger.
- After the Winged Mega
Voyager had destroyed giant Psycho-monster Blue, Andros congratulated Zhane
on the assist, jokingly calling him "Psycho Zhane."
- On the Megaship,
Andros, holding a panel device, told Zhane in a corridor that since the Mega Voyager's circuits had been overloaded,
he wanted to make sure the Megaship was
ready if they wanted to form the Astro
Megazord, and Zhane agreed, "You got it,"
walking off as Andros took the lift to the bridge.
- On the bridge,
Cassie had some sort of circuit box hooked up
to Carlos's station, and when Andros asked how much time, Cassie said they had a couple more hours before
being back online and that they were about to begin testing.
- Carlos, working near
"Alert Systems" with Alpha, said his would
also take a bit longer.
- In the hallway, Ashley
was working on the wall terminal but hadn't found any problems.
- In the engine
room, T.J. was soldering just inside the right
side of the engine core, then had Andros help him put the outer panel back on.
- Using a control kiosk, T.J.
told Cassie they were ready to test the Mega Accelerators.
- Speaking privately with T.J., Andros said they'd
barely survived getting rid of two Psycho
Rangers.
635-SiGo.
- On a new display of the Psycho Rangers in the workbay, Andros crossed
off Psycho Pink and Psycho Blue while T.J.
was at the table examining the Spiral
Saber Booster Mode, with more Astro
Blasters on the table.
- Meanwhile, Carlos was on
the bridge with a panel device; he
reported to Andros that everything was pretty
calm.
- In Angel Grove, Cassie was out shopping at a plaza.
- After watching the three Psycho Rangers in human form accost a woman after identifying Yellow Ranger's voice in the
area, Ashley went to the Megaship and, in uniform, ran terrified into the workbay, where she told the guys of the Psycho Rangers' human forms and their ability to track the teens
down by their voices.
- Andros got an idea to
warn Cassie without making her use her voice,
and they went to the bridge.
- As Cassie was walking at
the plaza, her pager went off, and she looked at it; it said, "Do not
talk. Call 555-0175 now."
- Cassie walked right by
the Psycho teens looking for a phone,
with neither Cassie nor the Psychos recognizing each other.
- At a phone booth, Cassie
dialed the number, and Andros, using a phone
line tapped by Alpha, told her not to say
anything but had her tap the phone to show she understood.
- Andros and Ashley explained the situation and that she
couldn't make any noise or the Psychos
would find her; furthermore, they said, she couldn't use her communicator or Morpher, as they already knew those sounds.
- The teens attempted to
locate Cassie, but the town was too crowded, as
it was the weekend; Andros, however, remembered
a big clock chiming during their phone call, and Ashley realized Cassie
was shopping at the Angel Grove Mall.
- As the Psycho
teens surrounded Cassie in a secluded area,
Zhane interrupted in a clown suit with balloons,
and he winked to Cassie over his oversized
glasses.
- After Zhane had pranced
away around a corner, the three refusing his offers of candy and such,
Psycho Red called Cassie "Pink
Ranger," but Zhane's and Cassie's voices, around the corner, talked about
fooling the Psycho Rangers.
- Hearing Pink Ranger, the Psycho teens rounded the corner to find Zhane's discarded clown items; Zhane called out for them to catch them if they
could, and as the Psychos pursued him,
morphed Zhane was racing away on the Silver Cycle with a boombox
strapped to his back.
- Meanwhile, the four teens happily joined Cassie, initially startling her; Carlos joked he hadn't thought she could stay
quiet that long, and she playfully put up her hands and punched him in
the stomach.
- After the Mega
Winger had blasted Psycho Red and
the Delta Megazord had blasted Psycho Yellow, the Mega V-3 missile mode appeared to destroy
the monsters, but Psycho Black emerged
from the flames and wrapped a rocky black tentacle around Mega Voyager.
- Psycho Red
grappled Mega Winger and Psycho Yellow grappled the Delta Megazord while Psycho Black pulled the Mega Voyager in close.
- A swirling vortex appeared downtown behind Psycho Black, and he began to back toward
it.
- Psycho Red and Psycho Yellow threw down their opponents.
- As Psycho Black
was starting to go in, Andros had thrusters set
to maximum capacity, but it wasn't working, as they'd already exhausted
all available energy.
- Carlos insisted that
they leave the Megazord for their own safety before they were sucked in,
but Andros refused to abandon ship despite all
efforts to convince him otherwise, so Carlos
finally delivered a karate chop to the back of his neck, apologizing as
he knocked out his friend.
- The Rangers leapt
down, with Andros recovering as they landed,
and they watched the Psychos vanish with
the Mega Voyager.
- Afterward, the six teens went to the bridge and began scanning for the Mega Voyager; Carlos
pointed out that the vortex could've let to another dimension or another galaxy, but Cassie was sure they'd find it.
636-EnWi.
- Later the same day, Carlos got a scan on the vortex to allow them to
follow it, and Andros had them change course to
find out where it went; at the time, the Mega
Voyager was in a strange enclosed area which may have been somewhere
on the Dark Fortress.
- Suddenly, the computer pinpointed the Mega Vehicles, and Andros, looking at the display, said it was a
planet in the M94 galaxy.
- Zhane stood in the teens'
path, suspecting the easy discovery was a trap, so he planned to go
after the V-Zords as a distraction while
the others took another way in.
- After the Rangers
had recovered the Zords and formed Mega
Voyager, the systems suddenly went haywire, and the controls locked
up; after they'd observed all systems being infected by a virus, Psycho Yellow spoke through their speakers
that she was now a virus that has infected their Megazord: she had
complete control of the Mega Voyager.
- After warping away but shortly returning in
normal-sized form, Psycho Red generated
a red energy strand from his hand which pulled Andros right out of the Mega Voyager cockpit as red energy.
- The four teens were surprised to suddenly see the
Astro Megazord, which was piloted by Alpha until Andros took
over.
- To attempt to force Psycho Yellow out of the Mega Voyager, Andros
had the Astro Megazord supercharge its
saber, then electrocute the Mega Voyager and the Rangers inside by holding the saber to it.
- Insisting he, not the others, would destroy Red Ranger, giant Psycho Red attacked Mega Voyager, ultimately forcing Psycho Yellow to fly out from the Megazord.
- During the final battle with the giant Psycho Monsters, it was Ashley who thought to absorb the Psychos' energy and turn it back on them.
- Later, after the Psychos had been destroyed, the Megaship was flying through space as the teens relaxed in the workbay; Andros crossed
off the remaining Psycho Ranger pictures
in the workbay.
- Munching from a snack bowl at the table (another
having some fruit), T.J. said he'd reprogram the
computers to scan for Zordon.
- Andros left to get some
sleep, and Ashley told him she'd wake him in a
little while.
637-A&St.
- On the jungle planet
Tirna, Andros flew on his Galaxy Glider uneventfully scanning the
last sector with an AmScanner;
he reported back to Carlos and Cassie on the bridge that there was no sign that Dark Specter had had Zordon there and he was returning, but first
checked out a reading from nearby.
- Later, as the Megaship flew through space, T.J. told Andros that their fuel reserves were low but that
they could refuel on Earth and that it shouldn't
take too long.
- As Ashley ate in the workbay, the little Tirnan alien Andros had met
climbed in from the red jump tube;
frightened, Ashley screamed and grabbed an Astro Blaster from her locker until Andros rushed in with T.J.
and reassured her it was okay.
- Andros told T.J. it was the creature he'd told him about; Andros intended to take him back to Tirna, but T.J. said they had to refuel first.
- Pleased, Ashley said it
looked like they had a new shipmate, and she thought of the name Seymour, as he'd stowed away to "see more" of the
universe.
- Some time after Seymour
had quickly grown to adult size, the Rangers fought Jakarak, at which point Ashley realized he had the same head tentacle as
Seymour.
- After destroying Jakarak and then refueling on Earth, the teens flew the Megaship back to Tirna to take Seymour home.
638-MTSC.
- On the bridge
one night, Cassie detected a faint energy
reading at the Warehouse
District, and morphed Andros, Cassie, and T.J.
investigated.
- Finding nothing, Andros
wondered if the readings had been due to a computer glitch.
- Another day, apparently a bit before noon, the
teens ate Chinese food at an outdoor restaurant with Silvy, whose hair was now sandy blonde; Andros and Ashley sat
alone at a table next to the others.
- Andros fumbled with
chopsticks, so Ashley fed him some with hers
instead and showed him how to hold the chopsticks, but by then, there
was none left.
- Amused, Carlos took Silvy along for himself and Andros to go get some more, since he was still a
bit hungry.
- As Andros, Carlos, and Silvy walked
down a path through the downtown park, they saw a crowd running from Vacsacker, but he beamed the crowd
away, then the three others as well.
- At the outdoor tables, the three remaining teens,
the only people left there, watched Vacsacker beam away another
fleeing crowd; they then ran behind a secluded area and morphed.
- Then on the Megaship after Vacsacker had left, the three
scanned for Carlos and Andros and brought up a display from Secret City of the shackled captives.
- When Ashley wondered how they could tell the
captured teens to knock out the dish controlling the forcefield around
Secret City, T.J.
thought for the three of them to get inside, even though DECA warned that they'd be unable to morph.
- Alpha came in with
three blue backpacks carrying an aerial probe to find the antenna, some
detonators to destroy it, and Astro
Blasters for when they ran into trouble.
- Back in their civilian clothes, the three ran up
with their backpacks as Vacsacker beamed away another
crowd from the plaza; reluctantly, the three ran out and confronted the
monster, and he beamed them away as well.
- The latest arrivals looked around in Secret City and were shackled by Quantrons; once everyone else had been led
away, T.J. took an Astro Blaster out of Cassie's backpack, and they fought the Quantrons off, then fled.
- Around a corner, Cassie
armed a small gun which launched a parachuting probe into the air; T.J. then tracked it on an AmScanner and located the
forcefield dish.
- As the teens fled from Quantrons, T.J. gave Cassie the Astro
Blaster, which she used to shoot three Quantrons; Ashley then
attempted to hold them off while the other two ran, but a Quantron kicked her hand as she aimed, forcing
her to fight them.
- In a covered area featuring columns bearing the
same yellow and orange symbols as in the Dark
Fortress, captured people including Andros,
Carlos, and Silvy were
huddled while restrained and surrounded by the Quantrons.
- As the three ducked behind a corner, Carlos presented the Battlizer, saying Silvy
had seen him lose it; dismayed, Andros began to
ask if he thought she knew his identity as
well, but Carlos interrupted with a "yup."
- Andros and Carlos looked at the grinning Silvy, who zipped her lips.
- Carlos helped Andros put the Battlizer on his wrist, and Andros said he had an idea, making Carlos ask whether it would work here.
- After opening the panel on the Battlizer, Andros said
number one should be enough, in case number two didn't activate; Silvy asked about number three, but when Carlos asked the same question after shooshing
her, Andros was apprehensive, not having used
it before, saying it could be dangerous - too much power.
- After Andros had broken
their shackles, Carlos had Silvy stay there, then he and Andros rushed out and fought off Quantrons while the crowd nearby watched.
- While T.J. and Cassie planted detonator devices on the dish atop
the building elsewhere, Andros and Carlos rushed away from the covered area but were
attacked by Vacsacker, with Carlos shoving Andros
aside and taking a red energy bolt in the chest, making him collapse and
writhe in agony.
- Andros hit 01 on the Battlizer and tried his glowing-fisted flying
punch, but Vacsacker caught his
fist and threw him down.
- Atop the building, T.J. and
Cassie were nearly kicked off the edge by Quantrons but grabbed the railing; T.J. remotely activated the detonators, blowing up the
dish and sending the Quantrons flying; the
forcefield around the city then dissolved.
- Below, Vacsacker beat up Andros and Carlos,
knocking Andros down near some bushes where Silvy was hiding.
- Carlos was shocked to
watch Andros morph into the Red Battlized Ranger, a powerful Red Ranger with massive winged
armor.
- Battlized Andros turned to see T.J. and
Cassie about to fall, and as they lost their
grip and fell at the same time, he flew through the air and caught them,
then landed as they were awed.
- When Vacsacker was about to charge, Carlos tripped him, and the four teens joined up
with Andros, then soon morphed.
639-Ghst.
- Some time the same day, after Secret City had vanished after the Mega Voyager had destroyed Vacsacker, the Rangers flew to a recently- and
suddenly-abandoned cruise ship in the ocean which was right where Alpha's readings had shown the missing people;
presumably, the readings were actually from Secret City's new location under the ocean,
and the people from the cruise ship had been abducted when the ship had
approached that location. (However, note that an episode description from the PRiS VCD collection referred to Secret City's second location being beneath a "distant alien ocean.")
- The Rangers,
however, apparently assumed that the ship had contained the people from
Secret City and had been taken away when Astronema had known they were coming; they
apparently didn't notice that the entertainment and fine dining on the
ship indicated that the ship's former passengers had been guests rather
than prisoners prior to their sudden departure.
- Back on the Megaship later, the teens had searched the
entire planet's surface before T.J. found Secret City
underwater; Andros had them take the Megatank and go in underneath the
city.
- Inside the main tower, the Rangers came upon the Data Laser room, where Cassie was dissolved and scanned onto a data card; the other four were then
scanned up as well.
- Soon, the Rangers
were re-formed from a blue ray and suddenly confronted by the five Psycho Rangers.
- A weakened Ecliptor
eyeblasted the Psychos from behind, and
while the Psychos pounded him into
submission, the Rangers escaped but were
confronted again outside.
- As they fought, Andros
told Alpha to get ahold of Zhane and tell him to go after the data cards in the control room.
- Once Zhane had begun
restoring people successfully, Andros said they
had to deal with the Psychos next, and
Zhane had them lure them into the Data Laser room.
- After much struggling, the Rangers finally pushed the Psychos all together into the center of the
room, at which point Zhane scanned them up.
- Suddenly, the ground rumbled, and T.J. assumed the Psychos had overloaded the system; as the
controls went haywire and the five Rangers ran out, an explosion knocked the Psychos' data cards from Zhane's hand.
- White beams began spraying out from the Data Laser, and the tower then
exploded, taking Secret City with it; there
was a large explosion of water in the ocean, and the five unmorphed
teens collapsed onto the sand at a rocky beach.
- The teens called out for Zhane, and he came up to them, having been
unsuccessful at getting back the data cards.
640-IWeb.
- Probably months later, the Megaship was flying through space as Alpha played a
multi-layered chess game on the bridge with DECA
(moving her pieces for her) while Andros and Ashley watched.
- On the viewscreen, a weak transmission from an
astronaut stranded on the planet Forza came in
as he tried to contact NASADA for help; DECA automatically locked in a course, and Andros and Ashley went to
get the others, wherever they were.
- The five Rangers
were then flying over the desert surface of Forza on their Galaxy Gliders; as they came up on the
crash site, they saw nothing.
- When the Megaship
was surrounded with an energy web, the
Rangers began to power down, then demorphed fully into their uniforms as they rolled down a
dune after leaping from their Galaxy
Gliders.
- The teens were beaten and captured by Darkonda's army of Quantrons.
- As Darkonda ordered
the teens to be destroyed, a massive explosion flung Quantrons about; as a vehicle drove up in the
distance, the teens didn't know who it was, but as soon as morphed Zhane called out from the new Galactic Rover to ask if they
needed any help, Cassie suddenly realized it
was Zhane.
- After Zhane had destroyed
Darkonda, the teens effortlessly knocked the
Quantrons off them and rushed over to Zhane.
- Zhane introduced the
teens to the Galactic
Rover.
- Told by Alpha that Ecliptor had discovered Mega Voyager's location and was going there
to destroy it, Andros told Zhane he had to stop him.
- After Andros had
destroyed the web with his Red Battlized Ranger powers, the Rangers took the Astro and Delta
Megazords to help Zhane fight giant Ecliptor on Ganymede,
but the Delta Megazord would quickly be
destroyed.
- After Ecliptor had
been defeated on Earth, unmorphed Cassie, T.J., and Zhane surveyed the absolute destruction inside the
moonbase.
- Cassie, upset, said
they'd lost the Delta Megazord and couldn't
afford to lose the Mega Voyager.
- Zhane found a console
that was still working, and Cassie said it was
from the main computer bank.
- Alpha regretted not
stopping Ecliptor, but Ashley was glad they hadn't lost the Megaship, thanks to him and DECA.
- Zhane gave the teens on
the Megaship the good news that the
power systems were intact and that they'd have it fixed in no time.
641-LITS.
- Walking at night on a date in Angel Grove, Andros
and Ashley were nearly run down by the evil Tankenstein, a black Humvee bent
on the destruction of the teens.
- The next day, the Megaship was in orbit as the teens ate
aboard it, but Carlos was in Angel Grove playing soccer in the park with some teenagers.
- Hearing the story of the killer Humvee, Cassie thought to warn Carlos, but when she and T.J.
went to the soccer field, they learned he hadn't been seen after going
after a lost ball.
- After finding Carlos's
championship ball on the road beyond the trees by the soccer field, the
two were nearly run down by Tankenstein but then morphed.
- After a fierce struggle with the vehicle which
ended up crushing the pink Galaxy Glider
to bits, the two Rangers were teleported
to Carlos's location unmorphed.
- Back in Angel Grove,
Andros and Ashley were
driving in Ashley's yellow VW, Andros using an AmScanner to search for the others,
when Tankenstein rammed them
from behind.
- After the car was blasted, the two teens got out
and morphed but were soon teleported
to the desert unmorphed as well, appearing in
the vicinity of the parched and weak three other teens.
- When Carlos spotted a
speck on the horizon that was Tankenstein racing toward them,
Andros had the teens morph, and they again struggled against
the seemingly indestructible vehicle.
- Zhane suddenly raced in
driving the Galactic Rover
and eventually destroyed Tankenstein, but the Satellasers rebuilt and enlarged
it in a powerful robot form.
- When giant Tankenstein self-destructed high
above the ground holding the Mega Voyager,
pieces of the Megazord rained down on the desert; the five unmorphed and blackened teens
soon got out from the wreckage, relatively unhurt, wearing civilian
clothes.
- Zhane drove up in the Galactic Rover and asked if
the teens were okay.
642-CTD1.
- As morphed Zhane flew
from KO-35 probably toward Earth on his silver glider, he was shot at by
Velocifighters, but the Megaship destroyed them.
- Walking toward to the bridge with Andros, Zhane told him
that the Rebels were under attack and needed
help, but Andros explained that villains were invading all over, listing Dark Specter, Astronema, Divatox,
and Rita and Zedd.
- On the bridge,
T.J. announced that Divatox had conquered Gratha.
- Bewildered, Cassie saw
that Rita and Zedd
were attacking the Vica Galaxy; as the Vica had no defenses, they
wouldn't know what had hit them, according to Carlos.
- Zhane was surprised to
realize the villains were trying to conquer the
whole universe, and Andros agreed with the sentiment.
- When the monitors showed over a thousand Velocifighters in space, Carlos realized
with dread that they were heading for Earth; Andros had the ship streak off toward Earth, but they were still some distance away at
the time.
- As the Megaship
approached Earth and the teens got sight of the
true horrors of the situation, Andros said this
was the biggest attack "yet," perhaps hinting at previous unseen Velocifighter invasions.
- Zhane volunteered to stay
on the Megaship, and the others flew
down to Angel Grove.
- As the Rangers
flew over Angel Grove, Andros told them this was the big one, but they
could do it.
- Nearby, the other four fought an endless army of
Quantrons and Piranhatrons to try to free some clusters of
huddled people amongst the rubble.
- Blasted by Ecliptor
and Darkonda, Andros
and Ashley were flung back a long distance,
where they demorphed in pain
into civilian clothes.
- At this time, the Megaship was going down, its engines failing.
- The two powerless teens ran off to find the
others.
- Having been grappled by Piranhatrons and Quantrons while watching Mega Winger in the distance, Cassie and Carlos were
sent sparking and groaning into some rubble below what they'd been
standing on, and at the same time elsewhere, T.J.
was sent sparking and screaming while crashing out of the door of a
building into some rubble outside.
- Simultaneously, the three Rangers demorphed in agony into civilian
clothes; T.J. ran off, and Cassie and Carlos,
grappled but then thrown aside, fled as well.
- Later, as Quantrons
led a weary group of captured people through the rubble, T.J. was sitting silently on some rubble in a secluded
area with Ashley and Andros when Carlos and Cassie ran up, with Cassie's right leg hurt; Ashley was holding her neck.
- The teens were discouraged and frustrated by
their defeat.
- A bit later, there was a huge explosion in the
sky, and dozens, if not hundreds, of flaming chunks of rock soon
streaked down from the sky.
- The teens wondered what that had been about, and
Alpha then called them and told them that Dark Specter had been destroyed.
- After Ecliptor's
hologram had told the army of villains that Astronema was now their supreme leader, a
mother led her child away near the teens, telling him, "Don't worry, the
Power Rangers will be here, and they'll
save us!"
643-CTD2.
- Hovering over a building, the Dark Fortress beamed Astronema and Ecliptor onto a rooftop, where Astronema shouted to the people below that the
rest of the universe had surrendered and that
the Power Rangers had already tried and
failed to save them.
- As the Rangers
were hiding somewhere among them, Astronema
gave the people until tomorrow morning to bring the Rangers to her, or she would destroy the
whole planet.
- That night, a small group of survivors, guarded
by a Quantron standing somewhere in the
general area, huddled around a fire and talked about having to do
something about the situation.
- One frantic woman and a man agreed that the Rangers might have left them, but Bulk defended the Rangers, saying they'd never let them down
before and that they had to believe they'd be here; Ashley, listening from nearby, thought guiltily
and returned to the teens' campfire behind a wrecked bus.
- Unmorphed Zhane stumbled
up to the teens' campfire, telling them he'd survived but the Mega Winger hadn't.
- Learning that the Rebels had surrendered, Cassie conclued they were on their own, saying
anyone who could help them had been destroyed or captured.
- Carlos pointed out that
Astronema hadn't captured all civilians on
Earth and considered a way to organize them to
fight back, but T.J. didn't want to risk everyone's
lives; Andros wanted to get into the Dark Fortress to get through to his sister.
- Zhane told Andros to face that there was no more Karone, but Andros
refused to believe that.
- Ashley pointed out that
they still had time and weren't beaten yet, and the five teens looked at a map on a chunk of rubble, with a
lantern on it, while Andros stood nearby.
- Cassie pointed to
sectors in which Velocifighters had
been reported, and planned for them to gather all the resources they had
and begin figuring out what they could do to turn this around.
- Meanwhile, Andros
wandered out to leave but was stopped by Ashley; the couple had a private goodbye before Andros morphed
into the Red Battlized Ranger and flew
off.
- The next morning as Astronema, frustrated by the Rangers' remaining in hiding, prepared to
let the destruction of Earth begin, the four
teens and Zhane trotted up and watched worriedly
from behind a wrecked bus.
- When people, initiated by Bulk, began stepping forward and declaring that they
were Power Rangers, the teens were awed;
angry, Astronema ordered for them all to be
destroyed, and as her forces closed in, she and Ecliptor blasted into the crowd, causing chaos
to erupt below.
- Suddenly, the teens called out from atop a stone
wall, and T.J. declared that they were the Power Rangers, awing the crowd into silence.
- In front of the crowd, the teens morphed and began fighting Astronema's troops, aided by the crowd after Bulk and Skull had rallied to help them.
- Suddenly finding Zordon
on the Dark Fortress, Andros was amazed, having begun to think he'd
never see Zordon again.
- After the energy wave from Zordon's destruction had dissolved the villains and demorphed the Rangers, the people cheered, and everyone
hugged and congratulated the teens and Zhane,
with Skull giving Cassie an enormous hug from behind.
- The teens soon wandered through the crowd, giving
high fives, but were otherwise left alone; they seemed a bit shaken up
despite being happy about the victory.
- Nearby, Cassie asked Ashley about any word from Andros, and she despairingly replied that she
didn't think Andros was coming back.
- Suddenly, the crowd grew quiet as the Dark Fortress descended; the teens assumed
Astronema had won and Andros had been defeated or destroyed, but after
the ship had landed, Andros emerged carrying
the apparently dead Astronema, who soon
morphed into Karone and came back to life.
- Probably another day, the Megaship was landed in the KO-35 main city as Karovan
soldiers loaded silver square cases into it.
- Once the last of the cargo, whatever it was, had
been loaded up, Carlos, Cassie, and T.J. spoke with
Taikwa and Kinwon.
- Taikwa happily
suggested that the teens spend a while on KO-35,
as they'd definitely earned a vacation, but they were a bit homesick,
and Kinwon certainly understood.
- Nearby, Ashley was
deeply saddened by Andros's decision to remain
home on KO-35.
- Later, the four teens said goodbye from the Megaship's hatch and waved to the crowd, at
the front of which were Kinwon, Taikwa, Andros, Karone, and Zhane; behind
them, officers saluted the four as the crowd waved.
- Ashley sadly stood
behind, watching Andros, then closed the door.
- On the bridge,
Ashley was very sad, missing Andros intensely, as the four teens prepared for
liftoff.
- Entering, Andros told DECA to set a course for Earth; he told the delighted teens that his home
was with them.
- Zhane and Karone stood in the doorway, having come with Andros, and they all flew to Earth together.

- Upwards of a year after 643-CTD2,
the Megaship was aboard Terra Venture and had been converted into a
museum apparently years after it
had been flown in; the Megashuttle
was absent from its shuttle bay.
- After the Megaship had been flown to Mirinoi and the new Galaxy Rangers had entered, Alpha exclaimed, "Ay yi yi! Power Rangers!! B--but how?"
- Alpha was shocked,
unable to believe that the Rangers were back,
and he said it was too good to be true.

- Shortly after Deviot had
obtained the Psycho Rangers' data cards from an alien whom he'd then destroyed, a
cloaked Andros found the abandoned alien craft
and the empty box, realizing he was too late.
- After four of the five Galaxy Ranger teens had been abducted by their Psycho Ranger counterparts on Terra Venture, cloaked Andros rescued demorphed Leo from Psycho Red,
using an Astro Blaster while unmorphed;
how he traveled without powers is unknown.
- Elsewhere behind a tree, Andros removed and discarded his cloak and gloves,
revealing his Megaship uniform,
despite probably having been without the Megaship for years.
- Awed, Leo knew who Andros was and remembered, having been there
himself, when Andros and the other Rangers had saved the Earth.
- Soon after Andros had
taken his Astro Morpher from the Megaship's Power Vault to help rescue the other
Galaxy teens, the other four Space teens
secretly arrived on the Megaship and
took their Morphers, shocking Alpha when he happened to pass by.
- As the Galaxy teens and
armored Mike stood ready outside the warehouse,
Andros was confident in the seven of them being
able to handle the Psychos, but T.J. called out from a balcony above, "How about
eleven of us?," startling Andros just as much
as everyone else.
- The four Space teens, wearing their Megaship uniforms and Morphers, morphed and leapt down to join the
others, and the Galaxy teens then morphed as well.
- Upon seeing the four Space Rangers, Kai
remarked that it couldn't be, but Damon
excitedly said it could.
- Joining the others, Cassie said they'd thought the teens could use a little help.
- After the apparent destruction of the Psycho Rangers, the eleven teens cheerfully
entered the Megaship bridge, and Alpha couldn't believe they were all there at
once, saying it was just like the good old days.
- Carlos explained that
they'd known to come when Alpha had sent out
a distress signal.
- T.J. said they couldn't stay
for too long, as they were needed back on Earth,
but Ashley had them at least get a tour, and Andros agreed, saying it wasn't every day one got
to visit Terra Venture.
- Maya volunteered to give
the Space teens the grand tour.

- In a mountain clearing perhaps the same day, the
five Galactabeasts stood as the ten teens
ran up laughing.
- T.J. said they were
incredible, and Ashley noted they'd never had
anything like them when they'd been Rangers; the comment of being Rangers in the past indicated that some time
had passed since they'd retired their powers.
- Cassie climbed atop the
Wildcat's head and danced and sang, slightly
worrying Ashley, and the beast roared and
bucked, sending Cassie falling to a heap on the
ground far below, but she was unharmed as the other teens laughed.
- Later, after Kendrix
had been researching the Galaxy Book alone
and Cassie had been out walking alone, the
other eight teens were elsewhere at park tables with some drinks when Kendrix called to tell them of their chasing Psycho Pink to planet Rashon.
- Attacked by Stingwingers, the eight teens soon morphed
and were attacked by Deviot.
- During the fight, the ground suddenly rumbled
with thundering noise, and a huge blood-red cloud poured down through
the artificial sky, at which point the villains vanished.
- The four Galaxy
Rangers took the Galaxy Megazord to
Rashon to fight giant Psycho Pink, soon followed by the four Space Rangers, who flew the Megaship from Terra Venture and combined it with the Megashuttle to form the Astro Megazord (although it was uncertain
when the Megashuttle had arrived, as
it had never been shown inside the Megaship).
- After giant Psycho
Pink's destruction, Kendrix was trying to
enter the energy cyclone surrounding the Savage Sword.
- As the eight teens ran toward the area, Leo heard Kendrix's
transmission saying she'd almost reached the Morpher; she finally fell through the
barrier, having made it inside, and she said it was the only way to save
Cassie.
- As Kendrix stood facing
the Savage Sword, Cassie screamed for her to get out of there, but
Kendrix said she had to destroy it forever;
meanwhile, the eight teens ran up.
- Shouting that this had to work, Kendrix struck the hilt of the Savage Sword with her gleaming
Quasar Saber, and a pink explosion
engulfed her a second later.
- The energy storm dissipated, leaving a small
glowing white column of light which was apparently the spirit of the
deceased Kendrix.
- After the pink Quasar
Saber had absorbed Kendrix's spirit and
flown away, Cassie's mangled Astro Morpher reassembled with pink energy;
Cassie picked up her Morpher in despair, and the others went
over to her to console her.
- Later, in the holding bay beside the Megaship, the four Galaxy teens spoke with the morphed Space Rangers; in the background was an open
launch hatch looking into space.
- Ashley told the teens they would never forget what happened
there, and she wished them good luck.
- After the teens and Space Rangers had hugged and expressed their
thanks, Ashley asked whether they would be
okay, and Maya thought so; Kai said they had to be, as they had a mission to
protect Terra Venture, and T.J. replied that they had their mission too.
? The exact nature of
the Space Rangers' mission on Earth, and why they now needed their powers while
they hadn't before, is unknown.
- Sad, Cassie walked near
the hatch and looked into space; consoling her,
Andros told her that they'd all taken a risk
upon becoming Power Rangers, saying Kendrix had known that.
- Cassie wished she could
stay and help, but Andros reminded her of their
mission: Kendrix had sacrificed her powers, he
said, to get Cassie's back, and she would want
Cassie to go on.
? Andros referred to the loss of Kendrix's "powers," while it had certainly
appeared that she'd lost her life in the battle.
- Cassie agreed, and the
Space Rangers began to walk off.
- Leo told the Space Rangers it had been an honor fighting
with them, but Andros told him the honor had
been all theirs; with a salute wave, he told them, "Until next time,"
and the five flew off on their Galaxy
Gliders, leaving the four stunned Galaxy
teens wondering what to do next.
738-USun.
? When Leo mentioned the Psychos being the worst, Damon mentioned the help they'd gotten from "some
old friends," but the Space teens had not been "old friends."
