-   After the Shogun Megafalconzord's blasts had failed to destroy giant Dischordia, Tommy said they could use a little help, and Titanus then rolled in to form the Shogun Ultrazord.
-   To form the Shogun Ultrazord, the Shogun Megafalconzord descended onto Titanus's back as the Megadragonzord had done.
?   While the Shogun Megafalconzord was a part of the Shogun Ultrazord, its design was of the U.S. toy: the fish designs on the Megazord's shoulders were replaced by orange lightning bolt symbols, the Japanese symbol on its chest was replaced by a stylized S (like a backwards Z), and the White Shogunzord was pink.
-   The Shogun Megafalconzord was holding the Fire Saber while in the Shogun Ultrazord configuration.
-   For the Shogun Ultrazord, Titanus wore the Dragonzord's shield on its chest; Titanus's paw covers, which would have become the Megadragonzord's gauntlets, remained on Titanus.
?   Titanus was missing its paw covers when the Shogun Ultrazord started moving.
-   The Shogun Ultrazord shot a red blast of energy from Titanus's mouth, its right shoulder cannon, then its left shoulder cannon twice.
-   The Shogun Ultrazord's blasts destroyed giant Dischordia.
?   Briefly before Dischordia's explosion, the Shogun Megafalconzord could be seen standing nearby without Titanus.
