PRiS misc.
- various miscellaneous notes (primarily mistakes) from Power Rangers in Space
You are here: Misc.

609-CrIn

  • As thousands of Craterites parachuted down from the Megaship into Angel Grove, they actually appeared to be parachuting down from a massive round ship, such as the Dark Fortress, instead.
  • The next day, it seemed as though Patrick ran straight from his apartment before school to tell Officer Hemming in the plaza downtown about the Craterites, but Patrick's running from the officer to a group of skateboarding friends and then the teens' offering to take Patrick home until his mom got home all indicate that Patrick had had to see Officer Hemming after school had let out.
  • The day after a thunderstorm, the sky was clear in almost all shots, but suddenly overcast in one shot when Andros, Ashley, and T.J. morphed in an industrial park.
  • As Cassie and Andros fought Craterites in the woods, Andros was shown grappled in the background a moment before a Craterite had actually grappled him.

    611-DDsc

  • When the four Rangers flew to Earth while Andros went after the Delta Megaship, there were actually five streaks rather than four flying down from the Megaship.

    613-Grma

  • In some shots of Mrs. Hammond's stolen police car, the license plate was backwards, and there was Japanese writing on the side of the car.

    614-BaSt

  • The footage was flipped during one portion of Ashley's patrolling of the bridge.

    615-FDrk

  • Before Andros left the Megaship for the planet Onyx, the shot shown was of the Delta Megaship in the docking station, with no Megaship attached.
  • When Andros teleported back to the ship, it was again the docking station and Delta Megaship.

    617-RMVy

  • When the Astro Delta Megazord got back up after being thrown down by the giant spawn monster, it was the Astro Megazord instead, with Carlos rather than Andros in the center in one shot.
  • The Astro Megazord fell back down, and the Astro Delta Megazord then got back up as Andros kicked in reserve power.
  • Both before and after Darkonda's impaling of the Astro Megazord with his bone weapon, the Megazord was constantly switching between impaled and not impaled.

    619-IOBS

  • On the monitor within the double hemisphere area of the "Computer Systems" console on the Megaship bridge was a banded orange and brown planet, with the text "Scanning" and "P-497201," but the text was superimposed as the camera rapidly panned by the screen, and it was actually somewhat off the edge of the monitor during the pan.

    631-RGPs

  • When Psycho Red kicked Andros into the warehouse nearby, he flew in through an open doorway, but when he landed inside after the switch to sentai footage, broken glass bits landed with him.

    635-SiGo

  • Cassie's pager displayed a time and date of 1:53PM on July 17, 1998, but when she brought up a page sent to her moments earlier from the teens on the Megaship using a tapped phone line, the message had a time and date of 4:35PM on July 15, 1998; given the special conditions for the page, the current display time and date were probably more reliable than those shown for the page.
  • Andros remembered hearing a big clock chiming during the phone call with Cassie, but while there had been a clock behind Cassie during the call, it had not chimed.

    636-EnWi

  • After the Rangers had gotten into the Megatank inside the Megaship, the Megatank was shown descending toward the surface of a planet in the M94 galaxy, but Ashley then told DECA to set a course to M94, which makes no sense whatsoever.

    641-LITS

  • The film crew was visible several times reflected in the sides of Tankenstein as the vehicle drove by the camera on occasion throughout the episode.
