    217-WhL1

  • When Billy planned to return to the Command Center during the Megazord battle with Nimrod, the cockpit footage was flipped, putting Billy and Trini where Zack and Kim should have been.

    218-WhL2

  • As White Ranger was descending from a bright light in the Command Center, the teens lowered their hands but then lowered them a second time as White Ranger landed.

    220-OpAt

  • The Rangers were reversed as they fired the Power Blaster. (Source: Submitted by "Josh G.")

    226-MOGP

  • When the Rangers and World Teen Summit members walked by the box of fake Power Coins, it was lying just on the border between sunlight and shadow, yet when Bulk pulled it out from under himself after landing on it moments later, he was entirely in the sunlight.

    227-PTr1

  • When Serpentera first fired at the Deserted City on the Deserted Planet, the Thunder Megazord was shown briefly being blasted twice even though it hadn't yet been assembled.

    230-MrOR

  • It was nighttime in the scene where Zedd sent down the Skelerena in a lightning bolt from the moon, yet it was supposed to be daytime.

    231-WRNR

  • All of the descriptions of a kaleidoscope's operation in this episode seemed to confuse a kaleidoscope with a prism.

    233-LiCA

  • The Megazord fight was inexplicably tinted red; this would occur again in 237-FoFr.

    234-WSmF

  • The fire safety flyers in Tommy's back pocket disappeared briefly during the Putty fight.

    235-ScvH

  • The background behind Cannontop as he fought the Rangers switched repeatedly between a nature background and a city background.

    239-RBT1

  • After her legs had been slimed by young Skull's backfiring balloon filled with what looked like shaving cream, young Kim was sad that her new outfit was ruined, with a tiny spot of the cream on the outfit but apparently not all over her legs anymore.
  • A Putty's Z was backwards during the Putty fight against the six kids in the park.

    240-RBT2

  • While Photomare's victims in the park were originally wearing jackets and such, in their respective photographs, they were wearing bathing suits.
  • There was a frame of rocky ground in the middle of the Rock of Time's destruction.

    241-Wed1

  • When Adam asked whether they should be concerned by the odd rumbling in the sky, he did so with Billy's voice.

    243-Wed3

  • The Rangers' helmets in the Command Center switched repeatedly between being on a console and under the Rangers' arms.
  • As Alpha stepped back from the Rangers, the film was moving in reverse; this would happen again as Alpha regretted shutting down Zordon and tricking the Rangers. (Source: Submitted by "Josh G.")

    247-BMFJ

  • Between shots, the "Don't" on the poster of Tommy's that Kim modified moved to the left slightly.

    249-SBR2

  • When Aisha drew the toys back into the storybook the three teens were trapped in, she only used one colored pencil for the multicolored toys, and her strokes didn't match the drawing-in effect.

    250-WWR1

  • None of the teens noticed the cactus teleporting off the Juice Bar table out from under their noses with a white energy bolt from above.

    252-BRGB

  • Between shots of Mrs. Binks looking at Bulk and Skull's sculpture, she could be seen in the background looking at a painting.
