MMPR season 1 misc.
- various miscellaneous notes (primarily mistakes) from MMPR season 1

101-DOTD
?-   In two long-distance shots as the teens trekked through the mountains after walking out on Zordon, the teens were wearing clothes from the unaired pilot episode rather than the real version of this episode; these were actually shots borrowed from the pilot episode rather than re-shot for the final version of the episode. (Source: Submitted by "Josh G.")

  • Though the Rangers had called their Dinozords from the city, the scene moved to the rock quarry as soon as Jason had flown up to his Zord, with the other Rangers running through the quarry; the Megazord fight with Goldar was then in the desert.

    103-Tmwk

  • In an establishment shot of Kim and Trini fleeing from the Putties while the Minotaur lumbered in the background, Kim and Trini could be seen escorting a child away from the Putties.

    104-PrEn

  • After Jason said, "Let's finish these Putties," he continued bobbing his head as if speaking.

    106-FdFt

  • Billy and Trini started to leave their table during the food fight, but then the next shot showed them again leaving, but this time with the other girl and possibly someone else behind them.
  • In the Command Center after Alpha said he'd help with the food festival, the teens' voices had the robotic sound effect.

    107-IEyG

  • Billy put his glasses back on twice after the hologame had ended.
  • The Putty fight was in slow motion.
  • Willy's thoughts by the pond were done with a voice-over.

    108-PRPk

  • The Putty fight was in slow motion and disjointed.
  • Terror Toad called Trini "bud."

    110-FPIS

  • While Kim remembered the first time she and the other teens had morphed, her flashback included a shot of two Putties looking confused in reaction to the Rangers' morph, with one Putty scratching its head, yet this had only appeared in the unaired pilot episode, not the official version of 101-DOTD.

    114-DkWr

  • Dark Warrior gave Trini's uncle Howard one hour to remember where he'd left his invisibility formula, but it was forty-five minutes later when Howard wondered where he'd left the formula and Dark Warrior ordered him to remember.

    118-GWE2

  • Footprints appeared in the sand on the beach after each teleport effect.
  • Jason crashed feet-first into a wall of the Dark Dimension but then had his head near the wall rather than his feet.

    121-GWE5

  • The rocky ground of the quarry changed to sand after Jason had knocked the weapons from Green Ranger's hands.

    124-SpFl

  • The Putty fight was partially in slow motion.
  • Tommy lost his hat and outer shirt multiple times during the Putty fight. (Source: Submitted by "White Tiger")

    127-WOMf

  • Zordon told the teens to morph to the Command Center, but they merely teleported.

    128-IOI1

  • Two people possibly dressed in white, one of them perhaps a child, seemed to be behind the Rangers as giant Mutitis lumbered nearby.

    130-RkSt

  • When Trini and Zack were fighting Rockstar, a man in the background stood up, reached out toward the Rangers, then fell back; in Zyuranger, this was the unmorphed Blue Ranger.
  • Jeremy was up on a cliff, as indicated by the destruction of the Putty near him, yet the ocean was visible directly behind the boulder-wielding Rockstar, who was standing over Jeremy; Jeremy was lying on his back when he blasted Rockstar with the Mirror of Destruction, yet the beam hit Rockstar from above.

    131-CKim

  • As the Rangers flew through an interdimensional vortex before Alpha had rescued them, they took the form of the five unmorphed Rangers from Zyuranger: each was clad in primitive battle suits, and the Black Ranger had light skin.

    133-TYOY

  • Twice during the episode, an establishment shot of Angel Grove High School was shown before the scene changed to the Youth Center.
  • When Jason called Zordon from the Youth Center after the battle with Fang, the teens' mouths didn't match their dialogue.

    141-PigS

  • Pudgy Pig fought the Rangers with the same fight as from 106-FdFt but without eating the Rangers' weapons.
  • Either Kim or Trini told Pudgy Pig they didn't want to hurt him as they were fighting, but the voice was neither girl's.
  • Scorpina's fight with the Rangers was the same as the fight from 120-GWE4.

    143-RSOE

  • Pink Ranger mysteriously rushed a little girl away from the Rangers' fight with Goldar and Scorpina.

    145-SFsh

  • Jason, Trini, and Zack morphed wearing wetsuits, then after a brief battle were in the Command Center wearing casual clothes as they described the battle to Zordon. (Source: Submitted by "Josh G.")

    146-Flea

  • The beginning of the fight between the Megazord and giant Fighting Flea was shot with a low angle outside rather than on a city set, making the fight look more realistic.

    150-ROF2

  • When Jason remarked, "It's working!" as Tommy's powers were being restored, his words didn't match his mouth. (Source: Submitted by "Josh G.")
