838-SDem

  • In a test room, the Rangers sat at a mockup of a sophisticated black cockpit, a Ranger-colored tube from above connected to a collar worn by each Ranger.
  • Above the mockup Lifeforce Megazord cockpit, as in the real version, was a large gold sigil which wasn't shown clearly; also throughout the cockpit were normal blue sigils.
  • The Lifeforce Megazord cockpit seating order was Green, Red, and Blue in front, and Pink and Yellow in back.
  • Various techs manned controls as Miss Fairweather operated the main monitoring seat.
  • Miss Fairweather had a tech go to Lifeforce level 2, and the tech pushed up her large silver lever, making a growing hum, and as a five-bar display from levels 1 through 3 rose, the Rangers began to glow, and Ranger-colored electricity crackled up their tubes, causing the Rangers discomfort.
  • Watching carefully, Miss Fairweather called for Lifeforce level 3, and the lever was pushed up all the way, an LED dropping from 173 to 168; the bar displays, humming, and pain increased, the Rangers clutching their heads.
  • Miss Fairweather had it shut down, and as the lever was pulled, the LED dropped from 158 to 152; the Rangers, panting, demorphed with Ranger-colored gleams, their cables left dangling beside them.
  • Asked by Captain Mitchell what had happened, Miss Fairweather didn't quite know, admitting that harnessing the Rangers' life energy was more complicated than she'd thought.
  • Mitchell said it was too dangerous and thought they should shut this project down, but the teens protested, and Mitchell allowed them to continue.
  • To try again, Miss Fairweather recalibrated the energy flow.
  • As Dana reported from the ground of the three Megazords' ineffectiveness against giant Diabolico and Olympius, Miss Fairweather told them to try the Lifeforce Megazord, and the girls returned to base.
  • In a giant holding bay somewhere, Dana and Kelsey entered through a standard hinge door (with creaky hinges), and Dana turned on the bay's spotlights by swiping a keycard through a sigiled wall scanner.
  • The Lifeforce Megazord stood silhouetted among the surrounding girders.
  • Flying onto the scene downtown, the Lifeforce Megazord blasted giant Diabolico and landed.
  • The Lifeforce Megazord was essentially a black and gold version of the Lightspeed Solarzord, although its solar panels remained blue and gold, and it retained the standard gold and blue sigil on its waist.
  • The Lifeforce Megazord's visor was dark green rather than red.
  • The Lifeforce Megazord wielded a duplicate Lightspeed Megazord Saber, but with a large red sigil rather than blue, perhaps implying an association with General McKnight's operation.
  • In the sentai footage, the Lifeforce Megazord cockpit looked nearly identical to the sentai Omega Megazord cockpit (with the lights turned down and lifeforce neck tubes added) rather than its sophisticated design shown briefly in US shots; coincidentally in 839-FLs1, the US Omega Megazord cockpit looked identical to the sophisticated US Lifeforce Megazord cockpit.
  • The Lifeforce Megazord cockpit had a blue sigil down front which was lit up by a spotlight like the Rangers' individual crests, but it was masked by a superimposed black circle in most shots.
  • Inserting his blaster grip, Carter called for Lifeforce level 1, causing the neck tubes of the newly arrived guys to appear in Ranger-colored energy bolts; Carter, however, then said it didn't work, so he tried again; the glowing energy transference then began, and the bar display began to rise.
  • Needing more life energy as they were blasted, Carter took them to level 2, and the bar display rose to about 50%; calling the levels good, he had everybody hold on.
  • As the energy charged again, the cockpit controls now began to glow gold, as did the entire Megazord.
  • As the Megazord charged, the saber's red hilt charged the blade gold, and in passing, the Megazord slashed giant Diabolico and Olympius.
  • Carter called for Lifeforce level 3, at which point the charging and golden glow returned, and the bars rose to 100%; a charged golden X slash from the saber then destroyed the giant demons.

    839-FLs1

  • As Batlings swarmed the Megazord's holding bay, the Lifeforce Megazord came to life; inside were numerous Batlings, the five in the pilot seats wearing the lifeforce-tapping neck tubes, although no Lifeforce levels were shown to be activated.
  • Of the US Lifeforce and Omega Megazord cockpits, which were clones of each other (the same situation as the sentai footage) but which did not match their sentai counterparts, it was the Omega Megazord cockpit which featured a red sigil above the cockpit, whereas the Lifeforce Megazord's was blue. (Note: Both sigils are off-screen on most TVs and are generally viewable only with a screen capture device such as a Snappy - and even then only during certain frames where explosions jar the camera.)
  • Underwater saber slashes and pushing from the hijacked Lifeforce Megazord caused substantial damage to the Aquabase.

    840-FLs2

  • Struck in the chest at close range by two torpedoes from the Lightspeed submarine, the Lifeforce Megazord fell back crackling, Batling pilots still inside.
  • As the sub sped away, the Megazord exploded, head shattering first, and then it and the Aquabase exploded in massive underwater explosions.
